I was traveling and the cord to my CPAP broke! These folks got a replacement in 1 day amd didn't charge an arm and leg. They were great help.

Not sure why 1 star. Apparently there is a new owner. Tabitha went above and beyond to make getting my mother's rolator a very simple and painless process. Now I can sleep better at night knowing my mom is finally able to walk with confidence. Thanks Tabitha you rock!

I get oxgery and my husband cpac stuff always nice and plus open up for me to get nebulizer machine that is really nice of her to do that he needed bad ..thanks so much really nice and polite of you...this place is great...

Having read the negative reviews I was a bit concerned about Express. I went ahead and kept my appointment and am very glad I did. Ken (handles Cpaps ) was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. I even voiced my concerns about negative reviews and he acknowledged that they were due to a prior employee and assured me the customer care was their primary concern. I got a respironix cpap Dreamware 2 and am very happy. There were no hidden costs. I highly recommend Express Health and will continue to do business with them.

They have closed all offices and you can’t contact anyone. No one answers any of the numbers to be able to turn your equipment back in so we don’t know who to get in touch with to be able to turn our oxygen machines back in.

Got an apap from them i was paying rental on it for 10 months this month i was charged twice when i called them they told me that they forgot to bill it the month before i told her that she caused my account to over draw and she said sorry it shouldnt happen again

I called with a referral from another medical supply company and was hesitant as I read some but figured what the heck I’ll try. So I called and explained to the lady what I needed and informed her I could pay rental for it until my insurance received an order then I would be responsible for 20%. She proceeded to nastily tell insurance does not cover transport chairs and I proceeded to her mine does. So once nastily informed me they don’t mess with insurance, all while I’m still trying to remain polite. She informs me once again in her snarky tone that theirs are $237. I said they’re only $131 on Amazon she replied “ there ya go then”. Now, I’m not sure who peed in this woman’s post toasties this morning but beware. I’ll never again.

My husband had knee replacement surgery and I went to pick up a walker for him. The lady behind the desk made a comment about the walker being brand new (which I thought was odd because I didn't ask) however after my husband used it he kept smelling cigarette smoke on his hands. Couldn't figure out where it was coming from but then realized it was from the handles on the walker. Upon closer inspection we noticed the stickers on the walker were yellowed and faded with the exception of their brand new store sticker. Anyone can use a used walker - he only needed it for a few days but they should at least tell you it's been used.

I have tried to order cpap supplies 4 times. I have never gotten them over the past 2 years without calling multiple times. The employees especially the female is the worst I've ever seen. She does not care about patients or supplies just a bunch of excuses. Everytime I call back to find out why I have not gotten my supplies its , oh yeah we are backed up, well for some reason the manufacturer has not shipped our supplies yet or they can never find my records or our computers are down. I have really heard each of these things and at this moment I'm about to call a 3rd time to fund out why I have not got my supplies yet. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE YOU WILL WISH YOU WOULD HAVE TRUST ME.

This place delivered a used wheelchair and billed my insurance for a new one and overcharged my deductible by almost $100. After almost 2 mths of weekly calling to get my money back (accountant not in office, left message, etc) I had to personally go to the Fairhope office to get my money back. Office Manager Judy extremely rude and local person Tabitha too busy to confirm insurance details. There are LOTS of med equip places, don't use this one!

My first visit with staff was less than satisfactory. However, the Dream Station Bipap machine that I was issued worked very well, but I wasn't able to receive any supplies for an entire year. Therefore, I decided to find another medical supply company.

I have tried to get replacement CPAP gear. They have strung me along for six months. Excuses after excuses. Do not use this company.

It seems as if it takes forever to get things I need for my CPAP. I call them they say they will find out and call me right back, and never hear anything. I am very disappointed itvtge service. I will get a percrition from Dr and do it my self.

I called 5 minutes AFTER they opened looking for a rollator walker. The woman who answered the phone rudely asked if this was such an emergency that I couldn't wait till the office opened, I said excuse me (thinking I couldn't have possibly heard her correctly, and in a ruder tone repeated it to me... wow

The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. The employees have no clue how to to do their job and they are very rude! Worst customer service I have ever received! Do not use this company! Go somewhere else!

Don't bother with this place they have no supplies and on top of that they'll lie to you that your money and then you wait for them to get supplies to come in we've cancelled our our card payment and will try another business in theirs one more honess in the area ( repeat don't do any business with them P C
