I had a rough day but I came in to Target and the young man behind the service counter was so kind and the young lady with the beautiful nails was so helpful. You would never know it was even holiday shopping season with how amazing they all were. Thank you for the best part of a tough day.

Amanda is AWESOME! I really needed help finding some items on my list. Amanda could have just pointed to where to go for the items like most employees do! She grabbed her hand held device and walked with me to help me find each item! She was so kind and humble! This is my definition of EXCEPTIONAL customer care! Thank you so much, Amanda, for your help! I'm sorry for making you late to the stand up meeting! She should be promoted to trainer!

Didn’t have to wait at all. Actually had plenty of lines opened. Customer service was great at register and return desk. The store is a bit clutter with all the shipments they are receiving with Christmas coming up.

This Target features a grocery section which is convenient but has less clothing. The Target in Rivergate has renovated its clothing and has way more to offer. Way more selection especially in its shoe department. So if your looking for frozen food, Hermitage Target wins but has less of a selection in other departments, while the Rivergate has a larger selection of clothing and home goods it is lacking in its grocery selection. Give and take, I guess. It's a good idea to have different features at different locations.

Was buying some baby clothes for my family. The store had everything. A very good visit and will be going back. Good store, well stocked, clean, very friendly people working there. Enjoyed my trip.

Always a great experience at the CVS pharmacy located inside Target. Much better service than Walgreens and the other pharmacies. Always friendly staff and great selection of products.

What a great place to shop. Would rather shop here than Walmart any day. Even though they are a little higher in price I liked it better

I shop at Target weekly. My experience here is usually always positive. I order online as well. Self checkout was fast.I found everything I needed.

It's a nice place to shop, and I enjoy going there. My grandson had a ball shopping for his birthday.

Shopped here while on a trip earlier this year. It had everything I needed and was the closest store from where I was staying. My only thing to note that wasn’t so great is that the parking lot seems to need to be repaved.

I called the Nashville East location front desk Chase answered. I called because I was looking for a Graco 4 & 1 car seat. I also asked if they price matched because I had seen the same one at Walmart cheaper. Chase was Very HELPFUL AND PLEASANT TO SPEAK WITH. He searched but could not match it. I would like for Target to know what a wonderful and pleasure it was to speak with this young man trying to assist me and my needs. Chase taking the time to help me and being very nice makes me appreciate shopping at TARGET. THANK YOU CHASE AGAIN

I love this Target. I consistently have great customer service. I have started utilizing drive-up pick-up and there are many times the associate is waiting with my items. It brings me so much joy and saves me loads of time each week. Thank you to this Target team! Your efforts are greatly appreciated!

We came to the store looking for a toddler Bluey hat I’d seen on the website. I stopped a young man, Cody, who was clearly busy with something. He brought us to the Bluey section in toys, then checked on his store computer and took us to toddler clothing, then checked two other areas. Finally, he offered to order it and have it delivered to my house. He was friendly and professional. I’m so glad we found him!

I ordered a bookshelf online for my daughter and it was ready for pickup within 2 hours. I walked in to get it as I had time and wanted to browse the store. The pickup was very easy and quick. The staff was friendly as well.

We had the most wonderful experience here! And it is all thanks to a wonderful customer service associate named Griffin who was working back in the electronics department. He was so patient and kind while my husband and I decided which 55” TV we wanted to purchase. He even went back and brought different ones out for us and wasn’t upset or frustrated at all when we changed our minds and he had to unload, and reload the TVs in the back room. He helped us figure out exactly which one we wanted. We decided to go with the LG Web OS. And we absolutely love it! He even went as far as to helping us find a wall mount and prices for different TV stands. He is a PRIME EXAMPLE of outstanding customer service. He was friendly and personable, and truly connected with us on a deeper level than just the basic “Hi, how are you?” I was a customer service supervisor for 4 years. I cannot even begin to explain how much his attitude meant to me. He was wonderful and every single employee needs to take a lesson from him. Please acknowledge this man for being a wonderful asset to the Target company. He truly deserves it!
