One of the best smoke shops I've ever been too. The shop itself is very nice and has a lot of variety to choose from but I think the best and most important part is the customer services. The owner is very courteous, understanding, and will make sure you get what you need/want. Although my favorite person/employee there is Lisandro for making the shopping experience entertaining and enjoyable every time that I come in. His personality fills the shop and makes you feel like your in trustworthy hands.

Came to buy some Juul pods. I also had couple of additional questions. Jake had all the time in the world to show me all of their devices for both e-juice and carts! Very nice experience! This is what I call customer service! Definitely place to buy all your smoking devices and more especially if you have any questions before purchase!

Came a while ago and met with Mohammad. Cool guy and he knows his products. Got some items and he answered all my questions. Roma was cool too. She helped a lot but that was a while ago. Cool place and will revisit. To bad they stopped with my POSH.

The guy who's always there when I come in is amazing!!!! Super helpful and kind. I started doing the rolling your own and vaping, each I know nothing about and he was so helpful!!! I had one tiny issue with one brass knuckles item I purchased and he let me exchange no problem. I travel out of my way to get here, that's how awesome this place is!!! Love em!

this is a great late night smoke shop spot. this was my first time here and edwin was very helpful with explaining his menu and the deals he offers when paying cash. I will be coming back !

I came to Smoketown on 2/16/22 thinking it was out of city limits and turned out it wasn't. I was in the market for a new vape. I hadn't had a mod in a few years and was using disposable posh's at that point. There was nobody else in the store besides my friend who was with me and the employee (I forget his name, I'm sorry!!) did not mind the hundreds of questions we both asked. I have severe difficulty making decisions when spending a good amount of change and there was no pressure from him to purchase whatsoever. He helped the process be pretty painless with his knowledge and experience. It was satisfying since I had been out of the vape world a while and wasn't taken advantage of. Now I own a great mod that will last me for a while. Thanks!! I will be back and recommend to friends!

The guy working there was really knowledgeable on the products he was selling. They keep a lot of different products for vape and glass, also a good selection CBD and Krattom. The new owners have changed the store up it looks night and day. Keep up the great work, you guys definitely have a returning customer.

Shops looks amazing, I see new products every week.. they have sum great looking bongs. Got mine on a 30% off sale. They always have good deals!! I recommend this shop for anyone lookin for smoking accessories.

I have been shopping here for a long time. Staff are very friendly and knowledgable. The thing that I like about this place is that they do no rip you off at all. I have recommend this place to all my friends.
