Pharmacy helped me track down prescription sent to another CVS site and helped me fill it here. Friendly and efficient.

There's nothing I can think of that would improve my shopping experience at this particular CVS store...everything was perfectly pleasant. Stephanie was extremely friendly, professional and, helpful in assisting me. I personally nominate her for employee of the month and she REALLY should be acknowledged for her customer service...maybe a raise and promotion.

CVS is just your average store/pharmacy, but what makes it great is it's customer service. When you enter you're always greeted and the pharmacist at the back is so NICE! He's always extremely helpful even if he's already closed for the day he will try to do anything to help. Such a great staff!!!

I was looking lost in the skincare section and Albert stepped up and helped me get found again. He took me upstairs to wound care to get the Aquaphor I needed for my new tattoo, and suggested another tattoo balm as well. Going back to Chicago this afternoon, Albert was effectively an ambassador for Austin. Many thanks!

Drove to CVS not knowing if it was still open at about 11:45 almost 12 and they were still open! I walked in the guy at the register greeted me. The store was clean. It was easy to find the stuff I needed. Went to the register and the guy was really friendly for working late. Great experience overall.

I have never been to a two story CVS before, but the cashier Esmeralda, was so helpful in navigating the store. She was so sweet and made this a great experience.

Very helpful and knowledgeable young lady from Spain helped me tremendously, printing pictures, getting CarePass, her attention to detail in getting best pictures enlarged coupled with her work ethic and impeccable people skills are a winning combination. She's an incredible asset for CVS!!!!!

Popped in while in town on a business trip to get a couple things. Had never been in a CVS before so I requested some help and received friendly and helpful service throughout the store.
