Walmart Neighborhood Market

It’s great for picking up a few essentials without having to go into a larger store. The produce department is always stocked with fresh veggies & fruit. I have Walmart Plus, so I get gas at the same time, which is quite convenient as well. I also like the self checkouts, which are so much more user friendly than Kroger’s.Wish we had one on Madison Street or somewhere closer to my side of town.

The people there are nice and it would be nice but after I have worked all day and then I have to go and do your employees job and checking myself out. I enjoy seeing a smiling face and being helped with my groceries. I buy the food from you and then I have to work to get them paid for. Something is not right. Customer service or having a cashier greeting you and taking care of you is really nice after you work all day.

I like going to this particular marketplace for several reasons. Mostly because of the friendliness of the cashiers but also due to convenience to my home.

Its A little crowded but well organized. This is a large store for a neighborhood market. I was able to go through the self check out pretty quickly and they had everything I was looking for. What more could you ask for. BTW it's Walmart if you don't know what Walmart is yet I'm not sure I can help you.

Helpful, friendly people. Knowledgeable about the location of items. Always enjoy shopping there. Bonus! Their gas station has the best prices of all the Walmart Supercenters AND Neighborhood Markets! I'll fill up there at least once a month.
Update 6/13/22:
First time ever going to Lil Wally at night. Very few people there in and out quickly. No problem finding anything from a table fan to a birthday card.
Update 9/8/22:
Got there around 8:30am. I swear, it's never been crowded when I go! However, the parking lot LOOKS like the store is jammed packed with shoppers, sometimes... You go inside and wonder where everyone is.
11/23/22: it's a bit crowded 2day but not so much that you can't get around the store. I didn't even have to wait in line!
2/5/23 it was Crowded 2day! Not so much in the aisles but the lines were outrageous.4/16/23 they are currently not able to give you cash back. Something went sideways during the last storm. They are working on getting the problem fixed.
7-25: it wasn't at all crowded at 8:20am.
As usual, employees were very friendly and professional. Easy to find everything I needed. And here as at the Walmart Supercenter, about 3 miles away, I don't HAVE to go thru the self check-out! I don't understand why the other Supercenters and Neighborhood Market has gone in that direction. I told those folks that I DIDN'T work for Walmart and I wasn't going to check myself out while 8 former cashiers stand around the self check-out area with their fingers up their nose and THAT'S all they do! So happy my "Big Wally" AND "Lil Wally" chose NOT to go in that direction!!
Update 11-18-23: still plenty of self check out, with only ONE employee ready to assist you with any questions or problems. Still has plenty of check out lanes with clerks to ring your purchases up. AND bag them for you. Employees are still friendly and very polite and helpful. 2~11~24 they are currently working on renovations.

The employees here are just wonderful, and I just love the pharmacy team they are all very helpful. If they don't know where something is they will search every inch of that place to find you someone who does know! They're always well stocked and sanitary. Even the younger people who work there are just so sweet and so much fun to watch interact with one another. They enjoy the time that they spend there with each other and the customers no matter what time it is.

If your in a hurry and trying to grab what you need quickly they have self checkout and pretty much everything food related that the regular Walmart has

Pharmacy was so helpful and filled my meds while I shopped,which was about 15 minutes. Very friendly people. Quick and efficient.

Walmart neighborhood markets always have the cheapest gas and sometimes it’s not even close. Idk why but I’m not complaining. Their stores are great and way better than most normal Walmarts.

The store is very convenient for decent amounts of shopping, and saves us on gas as it's closer to our house. It's very clean on the inside, and the employees seem really positive. I come here more often than the supercenter. Recommended.

I used Wal-marts pick-up groceries app today for the first time. I loved it! I feel like when I go in grocery store there are so many choices to make. By time I leave my anxiety is top notch. Not to mention sometimes 2 hours have gone by. I am grateful for this service and sure I'll be using it a lot more. The guy who brought out my groceries was super friendly. Wait was less than 10 minutes.

Always clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Big, well-lit parking lot. I do all my grocery shopping here. Deli counter, bakery items, pharmacy, pet items and household products. Good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also, they have grocery pick up service. Not very many bulk items if that is what you need. No clothing.

The staff were super helpful. I kinda felt embarrassed about asking such strange questions about gift cards but they answered it regardless. They even showed me how to put money into an already bought gift card. It was a short visit but they were great.

This small walmart is where I go when I don't want to deal with the crowd of the big one. Employees are nice. Store is clean. And after all the holidays you find the best deals because not as many people go here it seems looking for clearance.
