Jimmy in the lumber yard was GREAT! He helped me find what I needed super quick and saved me so much time and stress looking for things. He was approachable, professional, and welcoming. His help was MUCH appreciated!!

Went in for a tables saw upgrade. Was not busy at all and when I was asked if I needed anything, 2 guys said we will have your table saw at the front in a minute and even somebody to load it. I'm definitely going to this lowes next time I need something.

I'm still recovering from a surgical procedure, I called ahead and they had what I needed waiting at the customer service desk. I didn't realize it was going to be so heavy. More than 10 lbs I was allowed to pick up. I asked if I could pay for it and get a friend to pick it up for me later. They asked me why? I said I could lift that much. The nice guy carried it to my car and wouldn't take a tip when I offered it . They make you feel like family at this location. Very helpful and not rude . ( They were very busy that day)Definitely recommend.

Fast and easy exchange process if you loose your receipt but have original payment card. I even got refunded the military discount I should have received originally. Great staff, great prices and policies catering to the customers satisfaction.

First off Lowe's was the first big box hardware store to offer a veterans discount. Easier to use than their compedator HD. Looked up what I needed online which directs to isle location, took to self checkout and a minute later out the door. That said staff when needed has always been courteous and helpful

Diana helped me a great deal near the lumber and hardware departments. She is very professional and my entire experience at Lowe's was great!

Lowe's has always been the home hardware store we have preferred to go. They have competitive prices and great deals very often. Their staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. If something does not work properly they have a great return policy.

I look for Janis when I go cause things move around and she never fails to know where they have been moved. It's a well organized store. I enjoy looking for some of my crafting needs and paint here . The prices are competitive and can be used with a competitive price adjustment if all things are 100% a like and fall into lowes criteria. They garden has a lot more variety then other big box locations. Great store.

My review here is about the product I bought not about the store. Although they are closely linked.
I bought a Craftsman 20 volt cordless weed eater and blower combo pack. I've recently had a triple bypass heart surgery and didn't want to have to pull the starter on a gas model. I really didn't think that the weed eater or the blower would work very well. I was pleasantly surprised in the performance on the leaf blower and the weed eater also. The weed eater is light weight and does the same work that a gas model does and and is much easier to operate/use. The leaf blower is almost as powerful as a gas or corded model. Best of all I got both for $99.00. The combo set was on sale, the regular price was $149.00. That is less than a gas powered blower. It was like buying one and getting the other free. The combo kit only had one battery but the same battery fits my Craftsman self propelled gas lawn mower with electric start so I was lucky there.
All in all I am very pleased with my purchase at Lowes.

My wife and I visited the appliance department and were directed to speak with John. This gentleman was exceptional and Very knowledgeable of the products that were available. He was polite, professional and very patient with us as I had many questions of which he had answers and solutions to all. I didn't go in there to make a purchase at this time, however after speaking with John I was very confident with the decision to make the purchase today. I would Highly recommend John, he has my respect and future business..

I can always count on Lowes to have quality products. They stand nehind what they sell. Great place to shop for household items.

This lowes is large and aisles spacious enough to push heavy carts through.

The most organized Lowe’s with the most helpful employees. I only wish they had more home decor selection beyond curtains and BM curtain rods.

I had a good experience. The store is always clean and the customer service is excellent. This is a good place to shop.

My stop once a week. They have more tools and such on display than Homedepo.
* it seems that they have better clearance stuff.
