O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

They weren't busy at all when I was there so we got a lot of personal attention from our waitress. The food was fast and they have a very diverse menu. Everything was great but we really enjoyed talking with the staff.

Food wasn’t bad at all. Everything we had was pretty good. Just felt a bit pricey and the burgers tasted kinda cheap like they were frozen or something. But overall a much better experience than what we had a few years ago at another O’Charleys in another state. We will be back for sure.

Jay was a server and he was excellent! Kept the water filled up and the bread coming. The food was delicious as well. I had the pineapple teriyaki chicken bowl and my mom had the bbq pork chops and ribs. Pics included!

The food was ready in a five minute span of the estimated pick up time; which is extremely good considering the restaurant is very busy in it's dining and pick up arena. The food is absolutely wonderful. Everything was seasoned well and my family thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Thank you O'Charleys staff for making our experience amazing!
(Side Tip: When a Steak is ordered to go, it is best to wrap the steak in foil to keep the warm temperature until reached the destination. The steak was well flavored and delicious.)

I'm a delivery driver and I just needed to say this. In the past couple of years that I've been picking up orders from O'Charley's they have gone from not having the orders ready, for long periods of time sometimes, to now having the orders ready by the time I get there almost every single time. I really appreciate y'all taking comments constructively. It really shows.! Thank you so much 😊

Had a great time! Kylar was a great waitress, she brightened my mood. I had a stressful week at work and yesterday was even worse. My husband and myself decided to go out to eat and sit down instead of takeout. We first went to Ruby Tuesday, since it was close to home, we asked for a booth, they gave us a very small booth. When there were several tables available. Then after 20+ minutes of sitting there, no one even bothered to come and greet us, even though several employees including managers walked by, so we left and went to O'charleys on Riverside Dr. After everything, we just wanted to eat and go home. But then we met Kylar, she came to us like a breath of fresh air! She was upbeat and made our evening very enjoyable! This was the first time we had been there in several years. Fast forward, when I started this review in Dec. apparently I had forgotten to send it lol. Now it's now Jan 31st. We've been back 3 times since meeting Kylar and every visit has been great, we've really enjoyed going back after all these years. Just 3 nights ago we met Justin! For a Sunday night he was in great spirits! Upbeat, funny at times and seems to really enjoy his job! Even giving advice to what to take home for food for my son who was at work. My husband and myself really liked him! O'charleys managers have really outdone themselves on picking servers! So far all four have been amazing! Thanks for everything!!!!

Had hot out of the oven rolls. Little disappointed know strawberry lemonade. Our waitress was awesome!!

Great experience here! The server was absolutely slammed, but managed to take care of us extremely well. The food was delicious and it was really clean and well kept. It was busy but still quite enough to enjoy good conversation.

Had the honey chicken and it was pretty good. The lobster bisque left a lot to be desired!! It is bland and wasn't warm. But oh those mashed sweet potatoes .. they are awesome. Our waitress was Sunny and she was very good. Personable and friendly.

Service was great. Meal was very good. Audrey was a great waitress. I'm very happy with my visit.

Couldn't have found a restaurant with better staff! Friendly, helpful, very clean, and as always the food was fantastic with great prices!

Victoria took good care of my friend and I. It was a Christmas outing. She made it a pleasurable late lunch. My only complaint was the potato soup was not made like it normally is.
We were informed they had a new recipe. They should go back to the original one! A good experience in all.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. The price isn’t bad either. I’ve gone to this O’Charley’s for years and I’ve never been disappointed. The wait time can be bothersome depending on the time of day but that’s not always their fault.

We surprised them middle of day with 20 people. Awesome serve, fast orderly. Friendly staff. Our waitress Auwanna was great, fast and extremely efficient. Great job on servicing this many folks. Kitchen did a great job also

I’m not sure who gave Chanel permission to leave Heaven, but that’s an Earth angel and she’s not fooling anyone in my family. We took our kids out and she was 10/10 amazing. I’ve never been to OCharleys, but she (and the chef who was on the floor with the black uniform top - I couldn’t see the name, I didn’t have my glasses) are 1000% why we will be coming back ASAP. Thank you all to your exceptional service and kind, professional demeanor. It had been a rough night and We needed that in that EXACT moment. Truly ❤🥰

This place has a special place in my heart. The service was nearly perfect. The Food was great. it felt like home.

We had a great time last Saturday night with our friends, eating desserts, and having some drinks JJ was the best way there we could’ve ever asked for. Thank you for making sure we had a great night.
