Jarrod and his team were very attentive, kind, and helpful during the decision making process. They worked to get everything I needed quickly scheduled delivery and had great ideas for my space as well. Loved the selections and can’t wait see it all come to life!

My mom and I went here just to browse.. walked out with a brand new couch, coffee table, and pictures! Thanks to Tom and Lydia for making our “browsing” experience turn into a “buying” experience! Tom was extremely helpful and kind. He didn’t hound us and was willing to move things around to help us imagine our new furniture in our home. He was informative and patient with us. Lydia helped with the ordering part making it 100% easy! We would highly recommend coming here. Great people, clean atmosphere, and good prices! We will definitely be back!

Maria was great at educating us about mattresses and listening to what we each needed for good sleep. She was wonderfully helpful and not at all pushy. Chris rang us up trouble free. Looking forward to delivery!

Customer service from walking in to leaving was superb! Jerrod, had no problem stepping in and helping us with everything we needed, every question answered and didn't leave our side until we got to Shawn. And Shawn hit it out of the park from there making sure we left happy, nothing but clear answers and no beating around the bush. Thank you to our team we await our brand new bedroom set and mattress to be delivered. We cannot thank yall enough and will be back soon for those extremely comfy rockers!!!

Amber was seriously what no stress .. not aggressive or pushy salespeople is all about! She was so helpful every time we came back ( 3 times) with measurements and pictures of what certain seat groups looked liked or how we can reconfigure or color options. There was no pressure and she was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. We are very limited with the room size and she had great suggestions and showed us so many options. Very pleased with the entire experience.

We showed up near closing time (closing early due to the snow) and I said maybe five words to describe the bed set I was looking for to this very kind associate (Jared) and he pointed us in the exact direction I was looking for. He had very extensive product knowledge and was very kind and understanding. They even stayed past closing to help us with the sale. Definitely amazing service so far, waiting for our bedroom set to arrive now

I was helped by Maria I am moving from another state and she was able to help me over the phone so when I get home my bed can arrive. She was great and help me find the perfect bed. I am now just waiting for delivery but so far excellent customer service.

Marcus introduced himself, visually toured us around and allowed us plenty of time to walk around, take rooms and accessories into consideration and reengaged at just the right moment. He was patient, informative, proffesional, all the while not at all pushy! We thoroughly enjoyed his personality and Lydia was thorough, friendly and very timely! What a team!

Amber was amazing she listened to what we wanted and did it without breaking our budget! Shawn got us finished up with the checkout process and was fast and smooth. Can’t wait to get our new bed.

We were greeted by Armando at the door who helped us figure out where to look for kitchen tables, which just so happened to be through the entire store. Once we found what we were looking for, we had some questions. He was able to help us get what we wanted and at a great price plus get the delivery set up. He informed us of our delivery options, so we could make the best choice for us and informed us of their protection plan and what it covered vs what it didn't. I appreciated that he allowed us to look around without breathing down our necks the entire time. I like to look at my own pace without someone asking me a thousand questions and/or following me around the store. I will come find you when and if I need you. Armando allowed us to do that which I was thankful for. We are also returning customers of Ashley because their furniture and how solid it looks and feels.

Our sales associate Armando made it fast, easy and smooth with the showroom selection. He got us in and out quickly, They have some good deals depending on your wants and needs.

Everyone should shop here! Marcus was awesome and really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed! It was a very family friendly and warm environment! Everyone is great, I always come back to this same store because I know the customer service and people will always be great, helpful, and friendly!

Tom was exceptional! He was helpful and knowledgeable. He knew his store and services. He did not push. The prices were good and the quality was evident. Would highly recommend Tom and Ashley's to anyone looking for any furniture or accessories. We will be back.

Our young salesman was very friendly and helpful. We appreciate his courteous manner with us and our grandson. He was knowledgeable and did everything he could to help us get a good price and an idea when the furniture would probably be in Clarksville and ready to deliver.

Skylar was my salesperson when I went in to look at some couches. She was extremely knowledgeable, sweet and patient. Chris helped finish the transaction and he was very nice as well. Highly recommend seeing Skylar when needing to pick out your furniture pieces!

Everyone at the store was so helpful. Casey and Michaela were very nice and helpful. Casey took us to exactly what we were looking for. She gave us all the options available and had answers to our questions before we even asked.
