The UPS Store

I wish I could give this UPS store more stars. I had the good fortune of getting service from Jerrod Hodge, the store manager, for a relatively complicated shipment of important international documents. There are two things I want to highlight here: 1) FedEx is COMPLETELY useless unless you are a business with an existing account - which I am not. They will NOT provide a prepaid return envelope/label unless you have an account - so if you need to send something securely (like a passport/visa) and want to include a return envelope so it can be tracked and expedited, spare yourself the time going to FedEx. 2) UPS is VERY individual friendly and if you have the good fortune to be in the Dallas area, visit the store at 11700 Preston Rd. Not only did Jerrod handle my situation efficiently…I waited almost zero time in line and it was only a few days before Christmas when everything was jammed! Customer service 10+!!

I've been a customer here for 25 years or more. Fast, efficient, friendly. They even carry my boxes out to the car, and when I've been on unexpectedly long road trips, forwarded me "just the important" mail. I'm a fan.

I have been using this store for 5 years for all my UPS needs including having a P.O. box. Everyone has always been so kind and helpful. I love going into the store and being greeted so warmly - and by my name. Sef is always smiling and super welcoming. But I must also mention others who are just as warm - Shelia, regional (?) manger Chris,(the BEST) and of course Ke’Lon (love to see him back this summer). KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK and your welcoming attitude.

Victoria was nice and helpful. I needed copy and scan of a document and they emailed me the scan. Looked up the least expensive way to send it. In & out quickly.

We have used the UPS store at Preston & Forest for the past 5 years as our mail and package receiving service. We have been very pleased with the service. The staff is very friendly. We have gotten to know Sef since he has been there awhile and appreciate his service.

Love the customer service and efficiency of the staff at this location. I interact most often with Sheila who is consistently helpful, professional, and friendly. I pass several UPS stores to go to this one because of the service.

I needed a label printed out and Jerrod Hodge went out of his way to make sure it got printed properly. I give him 5 stars. Fantastic employee! Thank you

I have used this location for many years now and the team at this UPS location are always helpful and just pleasant to be around. I use this location for all shipping and mailbox.

People here are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. What more can you ask for? There are 3 UPS stores near us, and I go out of my way to use this location. Parking is also easier here than at other close locations.

I want to acknowledge Sheila. She is always very friendly and very helpful.

Always excellent service here- and today I had the pleasure of meeting Dexton- he went above and beyond to be helpful - and couldn’t have been nicer!

Last week I was there and send my expired passport to DC get an extention stamp from Mongolian embassy. Joe was taking care whole time and he explained everything for me so well even small details. He is on top of his job. Thanks Joe for your friendly service , and thanks UPS. You guys are awesome

Simple to get in and out. Had to ship some return items and Larry was super great in helping!

Easy set up. Lines tend to move fast. Good service, especially for, but not only, Amazon returns

Called and spoke to Chris at the store this afternoon. Just had a few questions, extremely helpful guy. Answer all of my questions as well as informed me of the special charge ahead of time for holding the packages.
