Came to do an upgrade from my iPhone 13 to the 15 Pro Max. Josh was able to help with the upgrade and made the data transfer process smooth. Josh was very professional and friendly. Thank you for the positive experience!

Today Jarred helped me with my phone and I’m very grateful because he went out of his way to help me with a frustrating problem.

Well this is sort of a double review. My first review is actually only a one star. I walked into the location and was greeted and told they'd get to me as soon as they could. It didn't take very long and Devin came over to ask me why I was there. I told him I needed a new screen protector and he told me that LG no longer sold phones and they didn't carry any of their accessories. I started talking to him about the possibility of purchasing a new phone and I was interested in a good quality camera. I don't have the money to buy a very expensive phone and he told me that the more expensive phones obviously are going to have a better camera. By now you could just tell he was getting aggravated with me he had a bit of an attitude and then he told me he'd be right back and he went over and started helping some other customers. I stood there for a few minutes and Andrew came over and asked me if I needed help.
I explained briefly what I had just told Devin Andrew immediately asked me for my phone number pulled up my account wanted to check and see if there were any special offers going on right now for me for a trade in unfortunately there wasn't. He asked me if I might be interested in one of the watches which there was an offer on that, I could get it for free with a 2 yr agreement and just a monthly service charge. He explained the whole deal to me and I said that I wanted to do it. He was very helpful very informative he's the one that gets a five star Devin gets one. Andrew made me feel like a valued customer Devin made me feel like I was wasting his time. Good job Andrew thank you very much

This store and it's techs are excellent. I've always had great experiences at this store. After receiving garbage 'service' at another store for a new, 4 day old defective phone, these guys took excellent care of us. Apologized for the other store, refunded our money, waived the restock fee, and setup our replacement phone. Thank you!

We had a great, friendly experience with Jorge. He was extremely helpful and turned a stressful situation for us into a lighthearted one. Will be back for sure!

I had started off at a different T Mobile store with someone that basically turned me away due to what I was needing them to do, which was carry my sprint line over to my newly added business line with T Mobile. I decided to try another store and Serena N. helped me. She was great!! Called T Mobile directly from the store and figured out what needed to be done and was able to get my phone switched to my business line. This store is about 15 minutes farther than the T Mobile by my home, but I will be making the extra drive because the customer service is worth it. 5 stars all the way.

Absolutely amazing store. My husband got a new phone and we both got new Samsung watches. Serena was the one who helped up and she was so sweet. Everyone who was in there was awesome. Dimitri was so sweet to our 3 year old. We will definitely be using this location from now on.

Rick and Sarah will genuinely try to help you with your issue. Not because they have to, but because they truly care. I'm no longer a customer with T-Mobile but was still treated like one by these two when they helped me with a past billing issue. Thanks for your dedicated support!

I showed at opening time 10am and immediately got in a line of 8 customers at the door. The 2 employees did a great job of greeting everyone and quickly interviewing customers for their needs. They worked thru our problems fast. Rene was able to serve 3 customers simultaneously. He set me up on his iPad answering questions, while he hopped from table to table. Really impressive!

Long story short, I was in a panic one night because I broke my phone 20 minutes before they closed. They got me a new phone that night, but I couldn't transfer my information from my old phone because the screen wasn't working. I repaired my old phone the following morning and decided to return the new phone. These guys accepted the return and as a long standing TMobile customer (20 plus years) waived the restocking fee.

Brandon is amazing! I don’t write reviews often but need to for this. I came in to upgrade my phone after recently switching over from Cricket. Brandon was immediately able to help us and show us our options. Unfortunately we had a snag in the data transfer process, to the fault of Apple, not T-Mobile. This required staying after they closed but Brandon had no problem staying and making sure everything was accomplished! Brandon even helped me change a few account information and plan details, he knew exactly what I needed to do. Clean store, professional staff, and amazing cell service!

The staff was super helpful and patient with me since I had a lot of questions. I will always go to this location because of how amazing they treat their customers ❤

Travis earns 5 stars for sure. I came into the store expecting to do one thing but couldn't. Travis helped me find a plan and a phone for a great price. After things not going smoothly for me, he still made it a pleasurable experience and got me out of the store with a great phone and a great plan. Thank you so much for your help at the Westminster store!!

This is a great T-Mobile they really treat their customers with great respect!

Rene Hernandez did a amazing job by helping me out with my iPhone 13 @ iPhone 10. He try to help me fix my new iPhone 13 pro max. But it didn’t work.. but he try his best and was patient. He couldn’t fix it, it has a software issue. So I will get a new phone.

Kudos to Chris, Matt and Ruby!! Outstanding customer service. My husband and I went in with issues getting his new Galaxy watch to work properly with his phone. Even when we told them how many others have tried and failed, they were up to the challenge. And not only did they go to great lengths they were successful!! Can't thank you guys enough!! Definitely our go to store now!!
