We went on a Thursday late morning. Call ahead to check hours of blinds/curtains area associates but you could go to voice mail. The commissioned sales associate is good but has set hours. If you are in the store the cashier can probably tell you their schedule.

We had our Christmas photoshoot with Josh today and he was so helpful! We have never had a photographer/photo condenser that was so helpful and communicative during the whole shoot. Thank you so much for everything Josh!!

JC penny's has all the clothes. I need and desire for my size. The price is a little high, but the clothes are well worth it.

Had a great experience with Danette ,manager of fine jewelry. Very knowledgeable about the jewelry she was showing me.

I went into the salon last Saturday for the first time. The manager C was able to get me in for a cut and full highlights. She was very professional and did an amazing job. She was great at multi tasking with doing my hair and continuing to great other customers as they walked in/by the salon. I will definitely be returning in the future for more service.

Ive always liked JCPenny!! They have great sales right now and that definitely helps during these difficult financial times.. but.. the best part was the cashier who checked me out!! Kind.. authentic.. and truly enjoyed her job!! I will go back to this store because of her!! She deserves a raise for exceptional customer service👍👍👍

you know JC PENNYS has been around along time.The store is clean n well stocked but like alot of business s short on help but the people that work there are very friendly and helpful.

Helpful employees and some good prices.

The men's department is huge and the selection of items vast. I was very impressed. The exchange clerk was a bit on the cold side, but warmed up at the end of the transaction. The new parking garage is real nice and convenient with a short walking distance to the store doors. A nice and relaxed atmosphere. I was very impressed

I want to mention Isabelle, a cashier on the 2nd floor of the Westminster Co JC Penny store. My wife and purchased luggage and Isabelle assisted us through the transaction. She went above and beyond to deliver superior customer service. Recommend for promotion!

Came in 15 till closing picked out a suit and pants back out the door before they closed. Staff was very friendly and didn't rush us.

Went there to buy the wife her anniversary ring,the people where great didn't pressure us into buying something we didn't want. Bought a beautiful ring. The staff in the jeep where great,will be back.
