We did curb pickup. It was easy to order. It took more than the hour I was told but it was almost Christmas so totally fair. They keep you notified through email and text. Our items were brought out to us quickly when we arrived. The guy wasn't very friendly but again, it was Christmas and I imagine working retail at Christmas can be exhausting so I'm giving that a pass as well. I'd order curb side pickup from them again absolutely!

Only because Will help me so well, I gave a five star. One woman refused even to point me in the right direction because she works in the warehouse. She thought she was too good for that. Two other people sent me to two of the wrong places. Will made the whole experience just great. You need to give him a raise.

Best Buy has really setup their game! From the deals to the wonderful people there. I recently received a damaged TV. After speaking to the online chat they point me to the local store for exchange. It was a great experience from the wonderful crew at the front pointing me to the right direction. To the store manager Amy, that assured me they will take care of me. Ended up working with Elisio who made the entire exchange smoothly and provided extra tech tips while helping me out.

I had problems with my online order , went to store that it was set to pick up at. Had a bunch of extra stuff I added on myself , made it a lot bigger than when I came , and Jacob made sure I was taken care of the whole way. His customer service was excellent. I worked service for years and that was amazing having him take care of all my issues while being patient and courteous. Also shout out to Paul for helping me look at computers as well in store and cesar for being nice upfront as well. Thank you Westminster team 😎👍💯🙌

Very helpful staff - sles, tech support, etc. They are knowledgable and courteous. I have bought 2 laptops there on different occasions for different people. The staff were able to match me with products that met my particular needs at the time. The prices are good - I especially love the regular offers of interest free credit.
This is my go to place for all my electronic/tech needs.

Kudos to Amy, who saved the day and the sell. After speaking shortly with another sales associate who clearly had no interest in helping me, I was walking out the door when Amy asked if I needed help. I briefly informed her of my disappointment and she took charge, listened to my needs provided me with options and let me make my choice. Granted I didn't spend a lot of money, but Amy treated me like gold. Too bad for the other guy. Best Buy, Amy is definitely one of the best!

Purchased a new laptop from Rian. He was kind, knowledgeable, and fast. The whole process was seamless and I didn’t feel like I was being scammed. Which is important when you know nothing about this world. He makes you feel at ease, and confident during the process.

My frustration is with the company. Not this store. Where do I begin. They cancelled my order, no notifications, nothing at 1am im woken up notified???. The weather has been bad, work crazy, and I had a minor surgery. 6 days ago I ordered this laptop on sale. They will not honor the price, the pickup. I’m confused. Um ya. Im just happy I dont treat my clients, staff and customers the way they do. Seriously do better. Just sad really. Never again Best Buy. I see Bankrupt in your future.

Never had any problems so far with ordering online and picking up via curbside. Black Friday deals were amazing and got Christmas wrapped up early thanks to Best Buy.

Service was top notch and had exactly what I wanted. Saving grace after a poor experience at the 104th location. This will be my 1st stop from now on

I’ve been a Best Buy customer for years. Always have what I need when it comes to home electronics. Great customer service, I have always found that service representatives are more than willing to go over the options and value of their products.

Best Buy here in Westminster is in a great location and one of the few to have a Magnolia Home Audio center. They also have kitchen appliances and everything that most locations have the people here have good knowledge and also are very focused to help out. There is more space than most locations in the Denver Metro area. The key to this location is the spacing with the goods located here giving you plenty of space to maneuver the store.

Joe with Geek squad is knowledgeable friendly, and just over all a good guy.

We just purchased a shark robot vacuum. They price matched Amazon which allowed for us to take it home that day. We love our new unit and it's saved a ton of time. Friendly and helpful staff.

They have great selections and quality products at a good price and if you find it lower they will match the price. Staff is very friendly but there is a high volume of customers so if you need help it may take a bit longer.

This isn't for the Westminster store, but rather for the Northglenn store manager, Amy, who was working at the Westminster store Tuesday, Sept. 19. We had a terrible experience a few days before and could not get a resolution in store or by calling the call center. We spent hours and hours calling, trying* to talk to a human at the Westminster store where our faulty* online order was picked up. I finally decided to drive (from Boulder) back to the Westminster store for the 3rd time to talk to someone in person. I am grateful to Jacob, the store greeter, who patiently listened to my story and referred me to Amy. I am absolutely SO thankful Amy was there that day. She listened, supported, and immediately asked what she could do to make it right. She was kind, and so speedy in resolving our issue. After the time spent on this, we were thrilled that Amy stepped up and made us feel heard and seen. We can't thank her enough and do recommend her as a trainer for the managers at the Westminster store that were uncaring, rude and dismissive to us.

Place is exactly ad advertised. I went in looking for a new video editing computer, and their helpful crew was able to find and order the perfect machine.
