Harbor Freight Tools

Here's the difference between this place and others. The employees want to help you. They make you feel like a regular customer and your business matters to them. They all work hard and have fun doing it. The manager always says hi to me if he sees me and I feel bad because I talk his ear off every time. I know he doesnt need to do this but he always asks me about my recovery. Kudos for being our neighborhood tool store.

Like all Harbor Freight locations it has lots of affordable tools. The staff knew exactly where everything was and were very friendly. Really happy to have this near by. You never know when you might need that one oddball tool.

OK, to be clear, you get what you pay for which means a lot of things here are less than top quality but you can't beat the prices.

If you need a tool for a one off job or occasional use this is the place...if you're in the trades go elsewhere.

They had the exact item I needed and they were very helpful. Even helped me load my truck suns I have a broken wrist. Cudos!

This store is not only larger in comparison to most others, the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. If you need welders and the necessary supplies, stop at this location.

Such a great experience in the store. The staff seems so happy. People are laughing, joking and working all at the same time. The cashiers are helpful. The manager interaction with employees and customers feels so genuine. Make you want to work there. And don't worry, manager Gary told me to apply hahahaha.

I was in and out, they did not have exactly what I was looking for but at least there restrooms were nice and clean!!!

I would say,the best harbor freight store out there!
Friendly,helpful and polite.
After going to the one on Colfax,I was told I could only buy a certain colour of storage box( orange and only had 2) ,I was told by this store that I Could get any colour and they even said to bring the others in for an exchange!

I needed some new tarps & Harbor Freight did not disappoint! They had all the different sizes & thickness I needed at REALLY great prices! I was expecting to pay A LOT more than I had to which was awesome. I was even able to pick up some extra projects for my grandson & I to work on together! TOTALLY worth it! A+

Who doesn't love tools and all the cool stuff

Front end worker asked if I was finding what I came in for so I showed her the web page. She immediately knew where and pointed it out to me. I bought 3 extra small items on the same rack. Excellent customer service from Shariah !

Literally the best Harbor Freight around. Staff is top notch all around. Going out of your way to come to this location and skipping the Thornton one is well worth the extra 5 minute drive.

Went in and bought a predator 212 ghost engine about 3 weeks ago. After installing the engine and trying to hook up the throttle cable, I found that the carburator was missing pieces. So I went in today and talked with a manager about it. His name was Gary. Couldn't have been a nicer guy! He ran to the back and pulled another ghost, and we looked at the carburator on this other engine. The one I bought was missing 2 pieces. He was quick to give me the pieces after verifying my purchase and made me very happy. The customer service of this store is second to none, and the associates working here take pride in helping their customers. I will avoid the brighton harbor frieght from here on out and make the drive to Westminster. Thanks Gary you are truly #1 in my book!!!

UPDATE- Had to return back to the store this morning because after installing the missing parts that I was given by Gary, I went to put gas in a fire up the engine the carburator was leaking profusely at the bowl connection. I took the bowl off and saw the gasket was missing here as well. So I brought the whole carburator back, and the supervisor, without question, gave me a whole new carb off the engine that Gary opened previously the day before. I can't say enough about the customer service this store has, and they have gained a life customer by treating me fairly and keeping me happy!! Thank you to all the management staff. The level of customer service you provide is hard to find nowadays, and corporate harbor freight staff should be grateful to have a team like your representing the company! Thanks again!!!!

Great service and had everything I needed, friendly staff and an abundance of supplies. The website was accurate to what was in the store. Great service.
