Dee was amazing! Patiently explained and re-explained. Patiently fitted and refitted! He made sure my 78 yo mother left able to use her new CPAP device with her one usable hand. We were there for 2 hours and Dee never made us feel bad for going way over our time.

I went into the Aurora office today & I received my bi-pap machine. Mark is the best!! He explained everything to me where I could understand. He made sure I felt comfortable with everything he explained to me. He was to very helpful as was as knowledgeable. Thank you Mark:)

Technician was very smart and knowledgeable. She fixed my machine right away and gaming and structures on how to keep it working properly. I was very pleased with the service that I got and would recommend you to people. I know that need your service. Thank you once again.

I waited on hold several different times today waiting for the next available blah blah blah. Eventually hanging up and calling back later. Late in the afternoon I finally got a live human to answer! I unfortunately can't remember his name, but he was very helpful with my issue and told me that 1 of the technicians would be here tonight. Low and behold, about an hour or less later Technician Candi called to tell me she was on the way and would arrive within an hour or less(better than a pizza delivery!) Let me tell you this woman knows her oxygen equipment, set up, malfunctions and how to fix them. She spent about an hour working on my equipment, Eventually getting it all up and running. Her customer service finesse coupled with her expertise is beyond compare. I don't have any idea what you pay her, just know it's not enough! (My original "setup" tech gets paid way too much, has an attitude and seems to think customers are interrupting his day)... but that's another story! Candi is the hero in this story, thank you so much for taking care of me and my equipment!

After contacting Aerocare on phone, I received a call back from Tyler immediately even though they said he wouldn’t be calling until next week. He came right away, was very personable, took good care of us, and our equipment! What he didn’t have on hand, promised he’d be back the following Monday with the rest. Great Job Tyler!😊

This was my second experience with getting a CPAP. Mark was awesome to work with. I felt like he really cared about getting me the best options with the equipment. He answered all my questions. And he made sure I had a good plan and contact information moving forward. It was a much better experience than with a competing company eight years ago.

Jolene was very helpful in explaining everything to me carefully and thoroughly. She even determine on site that the original unit they had for me was not working correctly and swapped it out. I never would have caught that. I was offered as much assistance as needed until I was comfortable with the device.

Dispatcher was great and worked with medical facility to get the information needed to make sure device was covered by Medicare. The tech was here quickly and really pleasant and helpful. I wish all companies treated us as well, kudos.

Great experience with Mark. He is knowledgeable and works with you on your level of experience with machines. Patient and willing to answer any questions as well as provide follow up guidance if needed. Thorough information to get you started & to keep you on track for your compliance with insurance.

Josh is a very knowledgeable and friendly technician. He kept me informed, letting me know when he would be here and he was exactly on schedule. Once he started working on the problem he was able to troubleshoot and fix it quickly. He also gave me additional information that will be very helpful in the future.

Jolene was fantastic! She explained everything thoroughly and made sure all our questions were answered. I had been referred to a different provider for my CPAP and the experience hasn’t been great which is why I wanted a different provider for my husband’s. Completely night and day difference!! While going through everything with my husband, I learned so much that I never knew about mine. I’m switching my prescription over to them. Highly recommend!!

My review will focus solely on the delivery person, Jacoby. He was an exemplary representative of Aero Care, and had answers to every one of my questions, and was incredibly patient with me as I figured out how the home oxygen installation worked. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I was very happy to invite him into my home to help me get a set up.

Derek sent me a text when he anticipated being here; then called to let me know I was his next stop; arrived exactly when he said he would. He switched out my oxygen concentrator, tested the new one to ensure it was working correctly, then explained how to keep the new machine in top-notch order. He was great!

Mark is the BEST! After getting clogged in the health insurance system for 2 years begging for help and finally getting to see Mark, he really knows what he's doing and gets you answers and everything set up to help you with everything. Saved my life twice now.

Meeting with Jolene to pick up my new CPAP machine went very well! She was knowledgeable and helpful.

However, initial contact to make an appointment was NOT at all good. I had received a call on Monday, Jan 22 but no message. I called back Tuesday morning and left a message and their message indicated I'd receive a call back within 24 hours and not to leave multiple messages. Having received no return call by Friday, Jan 26, I called again and spent more than 11 minutes on hold before I was disconnected. I called back and spent another 25 minutes before someone answered. I indicated I needed to make an appointment to pick up a new machine. I was transferred to someone who could schedule that and again waited more than 20 minutes on hold before someone picked up. So, it took 50 minutes or so on hold before I was able to schedule a date and time. In my book that's unacceptable and not very good customer service.
