The UPS Store

The staff was so helpful. I had a last-minute print job. He worked with me to get it submitted. He followed up with me to make sure everything was OK. The print job was perfect. When I came to pick it up the store was neat clean, and everyone was so friendly. Location is easy to get to; and even though it was the Christmas rush, they took time to be kind and friendly. This will be my new favorite UPS store.

Ran in at 6, thinking they were open until 7. The gentleman, who I imagine to be Sam, was extremely polite and helpful even despite me coming in last minute. He even offered my daughter candy! Cannot say thank you enough for having the patience :) especially during their busy season.

Sam and the team at this location were incredibly helpful! Over about a two month period, I brought in so many private and important legal documents as well as projects like homemade event invitation. All of these things were time-sensitive in their completion and mailing time and Sam helped patiently with all my questions, notarized and mailed a range of important legal documents very quickly, and helped me with DIY projects too. He was kind, thoughtful and patient with how long we used tools and space here on some of those occasions!

Great people running this store! I’m in all the time for shipping and mailbox for our small business. Lucky to have them close to home!

New owners are wonderful. Sam and his family do a fantastic job, cannot recommend enough!

New ownership is excellent! Definitely what the store needed.. very satisfied with the service I received and employees were extremely nice and attentive. Mailing a package to my family in Peru couldn’t have been easier. I will most definitely be returning for future purposes!!

The new management here is AMAZING!! I know this UPS has a bad history but after I heard it was being sold to another family, I was so excited to see how they’re going to do. This UPS is the closest to me and generally the most convenient and now with such great management, I will be coming here for all of my packages!

The customer service here is absolutely wonderful. I have had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the store and they were some of the most welcoming people I have ever met. There was No difficulties at all and everything was super smooth

I just dropped off my Amazon return this afternoon and I must say, the new owner has done amazing work! Everyone is so much nicer and it feels more like a community instead of just a store. Greatly pleased with the new management!!

OMG! If this new management isn’t the best upgrade ever than I don’t know what could be. So glad those old owners are out of here and we can finally have respectful and diligent managers!!

Great experience. Was able to just go in there and get what I needed and the employees were very helpful and nice
