LOVE THIS LOCATION. I live in Trumbull where the store by us closed and purposely drive all the way to this one not only for the excellent music choice and the handsome staff of men. But the owner is very kind and knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell you the best deal but rather save you a buck in today's economy. I selfishly went there expecting them to take my Amazon package but they kindly explained to me that if everyone thought like that they'd be taping all day for fee. and who pays for that tape out of pocket?! They do. Which we are all guilty of assuming they would tape it but we don't consider everyone else they tape. So how can a business make money when they spend money? They kindly take my package (and taped)and reminded me to just tape it next time if I could. Humbling experience all around G Great customer service and experience

I just had great experience at this UPS store. The guys couldn't have nicer to me...I had a return issue from Amazon and they figured it out and were so patient and polite. It is very noticeable in today world. That's the store to go to!

The guys there were chill and got me situated. When I went on Thursday I takes to the guy at the front about water cooling.

Great customer service, by far the best Ups Store I've been to. Cassandra was so lovely, & extremely helpful! Quick service, pack & ship guarantee, which was awesome in my case. I had a big painting & i didn't have to worry about it getting damaged, ruined, or finding the right box to pack it in. The employees did an excellent job on packing my painting. It arrived at its destination exactly as i brought it in. I recommend everyone to ship their packages here. Thanks again Cassandra & Matt!

We have an e-commerce and this is our go-to UPS location to drop-off our domestic and international shipments. Mike always goes above and beyond to make sure that our shipments are complete (custom forms signed and dated!) and ready to go. Although is a few minutes before closing and you really need to ship those out that day, they welcome you with a smile and good vibes. Thank you so much for your help!

Great Store. I came in with a large painting worth $1,500. I was skeptical because of the review but I took a chance. My painting was over sized and couldn't go normal UPS so, Matt offered me Freight Services.(which I never heard of ). He packed and shipped my painting safely. I was really ecstatic. Thanks!

Organized, efficient, fast and extremely friendly. I utilize Paul's store regularly and have never had a problem. Very reliable, and takes responsibility for every package. Can't say enough good things.

I try and support local businesses, but this one is having problems. Dropped off a package at 2:15 in the afternoon. I wanted it sent overnight to MN. Paid 277.33 for a 20 lbs box of perishables. This UPS store was unable to get it to their shipping hub on time ( problem with driver) and my box went out late. So much for overnight. What the heck. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service, which was absolutely no help. UPDATE: Received a phone call from Paul (the owner) he explained unusual problems with my package, complete refund. Honorable!!

This place is great. I wouldn’t have wrote a review if I didn’t notice all the negative ones. I been coming here for years and it wasn’t the best. Mike and the stave gave this place new life. They’re killing it. Go see them! They’ll take good care of you!

The UPS store on Post Road in Fairfield, CT is the best. Paul is a lovely person, highly professional, and a pleasure to do business with. He always has your best interest in mind. I really appreciate his excellent advice regarding international shipping. TJ does a great job providing a superior customer service. He is an attentive and efficient multitasker. The entire staff impressed me as being motivate, knowledgeable, and most helpful.

The employees here always go above and beyond with the service they provide. My deliveries are always safe and secure and they are excellent with communicating on late arrivals.

Owner/Operator Mike is tremendous with customer service and gets an A+ on kindness, efficiency, and the explanation of a complicated shipping dilemma. Visit this store, it's worth it just to know someone behind the desk cares about you.

The staff at the Post Road UPS store are so helpful; it made a huge job so much easier. This is by far the best UPS store in the area.

I live closer to the Westport UPS but I choose to go to the Fairfield UPS everytime. The guys there are always super nice and the parking is so much better than Westport.
