A regular Best Buy store as everywhere. There is a person with name Jason that helped me a lot regarding all my questions and doubts about getting a new iPhone 15 pro max. Jason works in the electronic area where you can find any cell phone digits. Jason is very professional, ongoing and very helpful person! If you are looking for the best advice you should ask for Jason! He is the top person in this Best Buy store in Duluth!

So I got a double din installed by Geek Squad on my 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500HD and I love it! Cory did an absolutely amazing job putting it in! I asked him if there was any possible way I could retain my factory USB port for android auto and he made it happen with a simple adapter. He also sold me on a SIRIUS XM tuner because he was also able to install it the way that would make me happy. Super nice guy and super helpful, Cory I will gladly request you to install a backup camera when that time comes! Great job

Best Buy is a Minnesota company and this is a Minnesota store where this Minnesotan was able to purchase what he wanted helped by friendly (what else?) Minnesotan employees. One of us!

Very clean and organized. Has fun stuff like toys and even scooters and such too. Love this best buy. Employees are helpful and nice and even kinda cool (the ones we met, anyways)

Always impressed with this place. All gadgets under one roof. Staff very helpful, and pleasant. Had a remote start installed and they did a great job, and had it done before the ETA. Thanks for everything!

I showed up right at closing due to bad driving conditions, i thought i for sure was gunna be turned away but a young gentleman and the manager a nice young lady made sure i got my order even with there systems automatically closed they made sure i didn't leave without my order. Dont have this happen often these days and i really wish i would of remembered to get both there names excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate them for it.

Chris and Chris installed a new stove and hauled away my old one all within 30 minutes. Fast and friendly duo that ensures your products are installed correctly. Would recommend these guys to absolutely everyone!!

Extremely grateful for the wonderful customer service I received. Was able to return a very frustrating piece of equipment and management was understanding and it was no hassle.

I went in for a pair of ear buds. Not knowing exactly what to get for my use the sales girl listened and recommended a reasonably priced set that she actually used herself. I used them today on my walk and they seem to be perfect. Great fit and great sound. I wish I had gotten her name as she is an asset to your store.

Jared was really helpful today when I was looking to buy a PC controller. He showed me the one that would work best for what I was looking to achieve and even went the extra mile to show me where additional products would be found in store if the ones I had weren't what I wanted. I really appreciate his help! He is a great team member.

We went to buy a new PC for our son today. A printer for my wife. And Aliya at the gaming PC section was super kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. She was taking over from another gentleman who was going on a break and she was very professional and courteous and continued to help us on with our purchase.

The store has an open feeling. It does not give a cluttered and congested type of feeling. It does not have lots of product in the isles nor floor to ceiling. This location is clean and easy to access.

I went in to buy a ROKU. I'm cutting the cable! But I'm also a Tech idiot. I asked for someone who could speak to me as if I were their grandmother. They turned me on to Jared. Thank God! Jared was so good, explaining how to connect the roku, even took everything out of the package and showed me how to connect it in one of their televisions.

Knowledgeable staff regarding radar detectors. I got pulled over and thankfully got a warning. Decided...I'm going to bite the bullet and buy one. Got the perfect fit and it works perfectly- saved me a lot of money in the long run!

Bought a laptop. K8d seems happy with it, and the workers were so nice when I set an alarm off.
