AT&T Store

Robert was so patient and helpful. By far the best service I’ve received at AT&T. This will be my go to store from now on!

Amyra and Nathan were amazing. Att has been giving me problems for a few weeks and no other store would help me. They spent well over 4 hours getting the problem fixed and were super nice to me. This is my new store.

We walked in, having lost my sisters phone, to the most wonderful professionals, Precious and Amaya. They helped us, guided us, and in nothing short of a miracle, were able to get the driver on the phone and get it returned.

Amazing store, it’s small and open build made my interaction feel so personal. Everyone was so friendly (even the employees that weren’t directly assisting me). Definitely will be back!!!

Miranda and Tevin deserve 5 stars! I visited the store today to trade my old phone in and upgrade to a new one and I had a top notch experience. The store was not busy at the time so I actually had both of them helping me. I thought this was really special because it showed me their focus is really on the customer experience and they went above and beyond together. Miranda was taking the lead on my transfer while Tevin showed me some accessories for my phone. My phone was taking longer than planned to transfer, but I did not mind my extra time in the store because of how clean and comfortable it was. There is a sitting area in the store with a television that they allowed me to utilize while I waited for my phone. Miranda and Tevin were very knowledgeable about service and products and offered very friendly and professional conversation during my time in the store. I would recommend this store and them in particular to help you. 5 out of 5!

Rudy was amazing! I needed to open a new account at a different address and there were so many roadblocks that came up because of our apartment building. He was super sweet, patient, and helped me figure everything out! I would definitely come back to this location and will be recommending it to others!

Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Denise! I'm previously a Verizon customer and took advantage of their current special and upgraded to a new iPhone 12. Denise made the process flawless and easy. I recently moved to NO, and will recommend them to everyone!

This ATT location is the only helpful thing about the company itself. After countless trips to multiple locations around the city and with no luck in assistance at any, a representative at this location named Miranda was absolutely wonderful in helping me get my service reinstated multiple times. This was due to fraudulent activity on my account from outsiders hacking and using my number for long distance calling, to unauthorized lines being added to my account, and customer service errors leading to thousands of dollars in overcharged fees. But needless to say Miranda and Daniel at the magazine location helped me get my whole account back in order so that I can have another company buy out my contract to switch. There’s nothing that is beneficial about having ATT as your mobile service provider. If for some unfortunate reason you do have ATT and have any issues be sure check out the location on Magazine st!

I want to acknowledge Miranda at your store at 4537 Magazine Street in New Orleans. I had a problem that was very difficult and Miranda did't give up and finally undid all the issues causing the problem. She's fantastic and should be congratulated!!!!

We are from Baton Rouge but happened to be on Magazine Street in Née Orleans. We popped in to check on a phone upgrade. Andre Le advised us on steps to take to back up the phone. He also advised me on my plan and helped me make a decision on the best plan for my needs. He was such a great help, and I felt confident that he gave me good advice.

Due to the deteriorating quality and rising costs of my Cox internet, I decided to switch over to AT&T Fiber. The sales consultant who worked with me, Andre, was very knowledgeable and honest about AT&T's services and helped me schedule an installation appointment with a minimum of fuss. If you're looking to join the AT&T network or need assistance with AT&T products, I can highly recommend this store.

Super helpful! Andre Helped give me tips on how to back up my broken phone when I was stuck. He also helped my family streamline our plan to cut some unnecessary costs....such as three extra insurance policies someone else put on there once upon a time. Really grateful esp during hard times to feel connected!
