Funny story... I was in this shop getting parts for my ford, as I'm idling in the register area and blocking the line 😳 . Every associate tht walked by even frm the back asked if I need help.. their attention to customer needs and service is thru the roof big ups to the crew

If you have to choose one of the 2 in marrero, go to this one. They were quick and called additional staff to the registers. 5/5, do recommend.

Today was made amazing for me by this awesome Auto Zone employee named Steven. He helped me smoothly do a warranty exchange on my battery an properly replaced it. He went to the next level when helping me figure out how to replace my brake light. The best part of this visit was that he smiled the whole time.

Aldo, the manager, assisted me this morning. He was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I went to other AutoZones and they couldn't figure out why my truck wouldn't start. It was, in fact, a simple problem. I will not go to any other AutoZone except this one.

Excellent customer service with a printed "Fix Finder Report" within minutes. The employees seemed to really care about my vehicle. Everyone that I came in contact with was very pleasant and professional!

I received excellent customer service at the Autozone located at 6240 Westbank Expressway. My 5 year Autozone battery died last month after 3 years. Mr. Mel Johnson pulled up my purchase info, prorated my battery. I purchased the new battery. Mr Johnson installed it and I was set to go! Excellent Customer Service. This store was packed with customers and specifically Emmanuel L. was going above and beyond to help as many people as possible all while showing great customer service and all of his customers knew him right away. He helped me by checking my battery and replacing it with ease quickly enough for me to get where I needed to go in time.

I would love to thank autozone Corporation for designing organizing and specifically placing Ms Kiara first of all at work today but Most importantly Going above and beyond walking back into the store to continue to make it great notice I was in a dilemma with everything sprayed it out trying to figure out how I was going to get my order seeing me about to wake My two year-old who was sleep in the car and I didn’t wanna disturb him and take him out and try to get it see. The process and voluntary offered the most in the clutch service sincerely thank autozone for having great employees as ms kiara hope spelled right at the marrero store #3012 that day as it started to pour great observations she have to be a GM here to notice me while coming from wasting someone outside to head back into the store and stop thank y’all for hiring that great woman

Was a little dissappointed with my last visit. Sales rep was suppose to order me a part from one of their other stores. Employee assured me that part would be their around 5:PM. When I arrived, that person was no longer there, but the personnel that served me, look up info and found, what she told me was not store policy. I was, and still am very dissappointed. But that is the first time I was truly dissatisfied whit the service. Also they have experienced a lot of personnel turnover.

Very good location... had everything I was looking for and had a very friendly staff. Always offer help in every vehicle need 10 of 10 never had a bad experience with them at all good job y'all keep up the great work.

This store was very busy and probably under staffed. I almost left with the long line but am glad I stayed. Very helpful, friendly and mostly willing to help me with a quick headlight install...
