Absolutely top notch customer service .I had had the best luck with Best Buy. If something is wrong with an order they definitely fix it as fast as they can and the right way.

Been here twice in the last week (my own reasons of needing more things) and both times the employees there were super helpful!

A women of another department helped in pc, and did a great job, and everyone was nice, quick, and easy to work with!

Store going experience is always better than online shopping. Best Buy is one place stop for all gadgets and electronic appliances. We go there time to time to get updated on the latest tech products. Store is well organized, staffs are friendly and helpful, and they always do price match.

Who shops at Best Buy, in store anymore? Not sure. Generally quiet. However, we needed a washer and dryer, and did a bunch of searching, ending up with a couple models that were widely available, all at the same price, except at Menards, where they were, of course, 11% off.

So we went to Best Buy and asked a salesperson if they could match the 11% off. JP gave us 20% off on the dryer and 19% off the washer. We paid less for both than we did 27 years ago for our original failing units.

Pays to check around and go to places like Best Buy who have some ability to adjust sale prices. I am assuming no one at Menards would have bothered.

The staff demonstrates exceptional friendliness and expertise. Their inventory surpasses that of other Best Buy stores I have visited.

I work in retail myself so I understand that occasionally I'll be waiting for a question to be answered and at times they don't have an answer to my question. They have over 10,000 products to learn and that knowledge is unrealistic for anyone to hold. Todays entitled customers that demand to have their hand held is something that's appeared in the last 5 years or so and since COVID it's gotten out of control. Buckle up folks, read your instructions, go to YouTube but don't blame someone else, own it.

I purchased a laptop from Best Buy and was very satisfied with my experience. The salesman helped me pick the best unit based on my needs and preferences. Unfortunately, after about two weeks, I noticed a crack in the screen. I worked with the customer care department and geek squad to return/replace. The process was simple, and the crew was accommodating. I'm pleased with everything and happy to give them a 5-star review.

Friendly associates! The only bad thing is the cost of products are higher than Amazon or Walmart.

The guy at the merchandise pickup was really helpful. He found my order before I found the order number on my phone. However, today, I was there an hour before they opened the door because the business hour information on google was inaccurate. Google says it opens at 10 am on Sundays, but they actually open at 11 am.

Ordered few items online and picked up at store, was able to pick up items quickly and conveniently.

I don't come here often because I live close to Schaumburg.

Story:
I have a RETURN experience at Schaumburg store requesting me (customers) to pay "restocking fee" (over $330) on a "manufacturer defective" camera, which I just bought 2 days ago and never used in public. It had dead pixels that were also illuminated on image dark areas. The reason for charging "restocking fee" was that "Customer opened the new box" regardless of the product condition. Their Geek Squad also confirmed that it was a factory defective, but so assistant manager Bill was determined to charge me over $300 for the return.

After the argument and seeing their attitude in Schaumburg, I came to the Arlington Heights store in return. I explained the reason for return, and they just processed a full refund apologizing for the defective item. I just experienced hell and heaven in two days.
