Great customer service and very friendly employees.
Store manager and the associates are very helpful, curtious and professional. Their service is exceptional all year especially during the holiday times of the year.
They even check my mailbox when asked when I forget my key!

This is the 4th UPS Store that we have had. We've been w/this store for about 7 years now & my husband & I have always been greeted w/a smile & respect! I like that store # 0640 gives our young people job opportunities, BC God knows how hard it is out here today for our young adults trying to get their lives started! We have NEVER had missing mail or package! No "porch pirates" here. They do a very good job taking care of our items. It may be asmall store, but it definitely has a true family feel !

Krista at the UPS Store #0640 at 5225 Canyon Crest Dr Ste 71 in Riverside, CA did a fabulous job and went above and beyond helping me for the day. I highly recommend her services. She is willing to help her customers, and I always see her working hard. I hope you allow her to stay and work at the UPS Store as long as she wishes and perhaps when the time is right give her a promotion. :)

Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable about options, delivery times,etc. Unlike post office, never lost a parcel with ups. Head & shoulders above location. Even the notary public service & computer printing services I've used here,& got great help every time.

Janessa helped me today with an Amazon return. What a delight! The store was quite busy, but she cheerfully and speedily took care of my return. It made my day!

I the team here at UPS. They are nothing but kind and always helpful. I usually work with Melvin and he is nothing but an exemplary employee. Really enjoy this store.

When returning goods, after several failed scans of the QR code, the staff advised me to turn on the screen. I tried to turn it on and waited for the customers in line to leave before I was worried and wanted to try again. The staff was still patient, smiling and scanned the code for me again, and finally succeeded. The failure and nervousness at that time were warmed by the patience and smiles of the staff, Thank you for your help

For an UPS store, this place is exceptionally good! The staffs here are very efficient and the person who helped me today (manager?) takes care of people waiting in line and quickly clears out crowd.

I've had a pleasant experience being served at this location. All of the employees, except for Alyssa, have been service oriented and had great attitudes. Yes, there are long lines, but that is typical for a heavy traffic stricken plaza such as Canyon Crest's. I definitely recommend this UPS store.

The store gets a lot of service requests and staff are tasked with managing all of them. Depending on time of day, there can be a reasonable wait but staff is always friendly and courteous. I love Selena who greets me by name. Feels very much like a “neighborhood” business.

I love this Location. For starters, if you are reading this during covid times, then you will be pleased to know that they are doing an absolutely Phenomenal job at taking care of there employees and customers.

During pre pandemic days they are still great, i have a 24 hour mailbox access here. No PO box, but a legit address which is important to have. great company, great staff, pleasant and smooth operation.

I went to this UPS location for many times in the late afternoon. Their associates are always efficient, energetic and friendly. I highly recommend this store.
