I stopped off at CVS to purchase a couple of items, and I ended up buying a bunch, their store 🏬 was neat, clean, well stocked and organized if you're at Fruitridge Manor this is the place to find your everyday essentials, from candy 🍬🍭 to Pharmacy and everything in-between and the floor clerks and cashier's were friendly, helpful and courteous, five ⭐'s hands down

Every time I pick my meds up its 5 🌟 the girl at the window is always so helpful an kind

This just just opened about 3 weeks ago. They have a very friendly crew and the store is very organized. It smells clean and looks brand new on the inside.

It's neat and clean, was greeted politely upon entering, but god is it hard to find basic things here. I feel like the store was rearranged and everything seems weirdly placed. I have an easier time at Rite Aid. Was looking for a very common first aid item and could not find where it was. It wasn't even in the first aid aisle, so I find a worker and ask him, and he has no clue what I'm talking about and walks away, so I spend 10+ min trying to find something that most drugstores should have, and lo and behold it's tucked away in some weird aisle it shouldn't even be in.

We went through an exhausting and time-consuming process to get appointments for both covid and flu shots here, only to drive all the way there the day of and find out we couldn't actually get flu shots there, despite what the online system stated. I know this is the fault of CVS's system overall, not this particular location's staff. But this was still a really frustrating waste of our time. Maybe they need to fix their online system so this doesn't happen to other people. Maybe Walgreen's or some other business is a better choice..

CVS PHARMACY!! 10/02/2023
I made an appointment online today to get a flu shot at 12:30pm.
When I got there, they had told me that they are closed at 12:30 to 1. I understand that part. If they are closed at that times, why are you letting people schedule appointments?? Then the pharmacist did not want to give me the flu shot. I got there early and it was right before 12:30. I understand that’s when they have to close, but really; the flu shot takes a few minutes or less to give. He really couldn’t help me. You guys are the ones who made the mistake in the first place.
This is horrible. They need to fix this issue.
I don’t recommend anyone use this pharmacy. The pharmacist didn’t even want to help me or the other customers before me.

Why has this store been open several months yet the shelves are always bare? Long lines, no stock, rude employees.

They’re never open. I have went there are morning and night not open. They make their own hours at this location. Unfortunately I shouldn’t have switched my mom’s medication over here either. I didn’t think about them not being open when they’re supposed to be. I go to the one on Franklin and Sutter Ville different times of the day daily. I have a chronic health problem and I also need products for my home and for others that I take care of and I depend on CVS and I thought it was great that there was one down the street, but like others said they’re never open so I drive a few miles to the one that I know that’s been open. Just open and have already made a bad impression not only that they don’t have any carts every time I go in there expecting to make at least $150 purchase each time I have left I’ve only made a few dollar purchase due to them not having any carts. that’s the crazy part who opens the store and doesn’t have carts.

I don't expect much customer service from stores like this because it's either "that'll be (insert price)" or " where can I find this", so no hard feelings there.... but to say your open at 7am and not be open by 850am is strictly unprofessional. you guys should update the hours or hire someone that can be there by 7.

Drove here for nothing hours are not accurate so I couldn't even pick up my photos and wasted gas... please update hours.
