The UPS Store

I drop off the occasional package here and there is no problem. I don’t know what the other services are like so can’t comment. I often see customers being abrupt and rude for no reason so maybe that explains the other reviews, bad attitudes. The young person with the bleach blond hair is always friendly and helpful.

This UPS is INSIDE the Four Seasons Hotel 300 S. Doheny. The stock photo that UPS shows of a building is misleading. I had to circle back 2x.

Great service, the employee will go above and beyond to assist you, and if you have to wait you will be waiting in a very fancy hall of the Four Seasons

I love this UPS! I go there all the time. Owner is amazing and the staff is always very helpful.

Excellent customer service and full service too -shipping, printing, faxing and more. Easy location I live a few blocks away and open on Saturdays!

Came 2pm on a Sunday 12/11 (during open hours) and found it closed and locked. Not even a note :/

I would love to give this location a better rating but lately when I come here it is closed during business hours. Several people in my area have experienced the same problem.

Be aware. 1) the price for a mailbox here is completely fraudulent at $40/month and is not even a real mail box! Its a folder with no keys! 2) your mail will constantly get LOST and delivered to the Hotel instead and if you are not a guest, then, good luck. 3) the lady who works at this store is absolutely the WORST. She is super lazy, passive aggressive, rude, mean and she LIES about everything constantly. Zorick likes her so much because they speak the same language in front of customers who they believe they don't understand that language
But if Zorick knew how terrible she really is while representing the Four Seasons and the UPS, he would fire her immediately. She eats inside the store in front of customers, she hangs out and never really put any effort. If you ask of her the minimal effort be aware she will give you the worst attitude. I have never come across a woman who is so annoyed and bothered by customers and just acts like doing the job she gets paid for is nothing but a gigantic inconvenience for her. She can't talk to people. She can't handle the business. She hung up on me 3 different times. Who does that? She lied about working on my case and when she gets caught in her own lies she interrupts the line of communication after it took her half an hour to pick up the phone anyway. She is just so beyond horrible and I am so disgusted by her that I need ALL my money back. She even challenged me to go in person to visit her to have a confrontation...Who does that??? Who says these kind of things?? Its just so infuriating when the service is so horrible and the attitude is even worse.
