CVS

My wife and I scheduled a Covid vaccine appointment and arrived at the stated time. The Pharmacy employees promptly administered the vaccines and added a Shingles shot after consulting with my wife. In and out in less than 20 minutes.

This CVS is one of the best I've ever been to. It's well stocked, clean, and the staff are really nice. Because of that, I chose it as my pharmacy when I moved here. The pharmacy staff are super!

I was visiting Baton Rouge from Knoxville, TN and had the privilege of meeting Kisha. She has to be one of the best customer service employees I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She helped me on pricing, showed me other products and went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of. Kisha, is an asset to CVS and should be promoted. She gives CVS a good name and made a lasting impression on me. Please make sure that Kisha is commended for her efforts.

Every CVS location that I've ever been to here in Baton Rouge,LA is far too overpriced no matter what the item is or what time of year it happens to be. It's been @ least 3+yrs since I stopped having any of my own meds,as well as any other member of my family's Rx/meds filled @ any CVS pharmacy bc every last 1 of their generic pharmaceutical meds were always of such extremely poor quality & very low potency no matter who it was for or what of medication it happened to be @ the time. The absolute worst part about CVS in general as a whole, happened to occur on a nationwide level when they publicly announced that they were banning all tobacco products/sales from being carried & sold throughout their entire chain here in the US beginning on 09/03/2014 bc of all the potentially harmful & fatal side effects that are directly related to smoking and/or using tobacco products. Yet these HYPOCRITES still don't have any intentions/plans to stop carrying & selling any beverages that contain alcohol, which just so happens to have the very same harmful & potentially fatal side effects as any tobacco product that's currently on the market as of this date/time. The moment I learned about this debauchery, I made my final decision right then & there that I would never ever patronize any one of their CVS chains/establishments ever again :-[ !!! Case closed.

It could be better...

After refusing to acknowledge my presence at the drive through, I went in and they gave me the wrong medication after being extremely rude. When I returned they claimed they had no prescriptions for me until I told them to check the computer. They said my prescription wasn’t supposed to be filled till tomorrow. They were very rude. Additionally I have seen one of the younger pharmacists in the store obviously drunk, I’m not sure if he was on the clock or not. I will never use this pharmacy again.
