DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

DSW always has a good variety of shoes. Since I'm on a healthy kick I've bought several tennis shoes here. If the shoes don't fit well for any reason I've never had a problem with returns. With reward coupons, every little savings helps. Great job 👏 DSW!!!

I've never been to a DSW and I'm impressed. I assumed this brand is more that of a run down Payless, but this location turned that assumption around like a slap. Walking in, the area was clean and we were greeted promptly by associates. Walking the store, I noticed they are very organized and the displays are kept orderly also. The aisles were kept clear from boxes on the floor which I was expecting but this ain't that type of store, so they showed me. The back clearance area was also organized to a tee. If the sign above said 9 or 10 sizes, trust and believe below that sign, is 9 or 10 sizes, which is impressive since being to multiple shoes stores like Nike and foot locker, they usually just have them all over the place. The staff also checked on us asking if we found what we needed and to let them know if we need help. The male associate with curly long hair was also helpful since my family member needed to have a pair held for her so she can go check the store next door. This man was busy in work and you can tell he was on a roll with whatever he was doing, but that did not stop him from helping us at all. He was professional and friendly and let us know it's only a 24 hour hold. Even though we didn't check out the cashier did acknowledge us leaving and the lady working the "pick up" area next to the door. I did not go into the restrooms nor did my female family member so I can't judge that area. Thanks for the great experience DSW Rancho, I'll be back for some slip-on shoes I seen.

Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Great selection of shoes. Clearance section is awesome also! I always find something at a great price. I'd recommend checking it out for sure!

I ordered some shoes online last week (4th street Ontario Mills Mall) to by picked up at the store, I liked how the store associate called me when my shoes were delivered to be picked up. Also, without my asking the associate told me the store hours and days I can arrive to the store. PUMA SHOES

The store was nice and had good discounts.

Clerk helped us find size that wasn't on the floor. They just got them in this morning. Appreciated since we live out of the area. Staff very helpful at register too. Purchased Doc Marten combat boots.

Great shoe selection in store or online. The usually have a good discount section in the back of the room. Prices are competitive compared to Macy's or Nordstrom.

Good selection of shoes of all kinds here. Best deals are in the back in their clearance area. Great place to look if you need some inexpensive but nice dress shoes.

This place was a bit on the expensive side but quality footwear, wherever you look and at the tail end of the store are around 10 or so racks of shoes that have discounts depending on colors like 20% off was blue, and all the way to 60% off which was purple, I personally didn't buy anything here but my mom did.

I ordered what I wanted online & went to the store at my convenience; there is a special order counter that makes your pickup super fast & easy!

This place was massive, they had so many shoes to pick from and always seemed to have my size. All sorts of brands.

I love this store, the shoes are Beautiful, the staff is nice and very helpful. This is the Best DSW Shoe Store I've visited I will always shop here.

This is one of those places that's off the beaten path in Ontario it's clean the customer service is outstanding they have a variety and you could just shop and relax in peace check Em out
