I enjoy how professional, yet friendly and helpful the Culligan staff is. My delivery driver Angel alerts me every time I have a delivery for the day, and give me a rough eta on when he’ll be by. This is great as it allows me to ensure someone is available to let him in.

Start to finish, a great experience. The lead person explained all the options to me and what each delivered. The install people listened to my needs and found the best location and set up for the system. I am two weeks into having conditioned water here in Palm Springs and can really tell the difference both for what comes out of the tap and when bathing. Thanks, Culligan of Ontario!

I have had my water softener system for almost six months and it has been great, we were able to tell the difference in our water right away. Our delivery guy Josh, has been amazing. I appreciate the communication every time he comes out to replace our water tanks. Great service!

Culligan is the top of the top in water treatment. From products to services, everything they do is top notch and the people they hire are exceptional human beings. My guy Ricardo comes every month to switch out my tanks and we have become great friends over the months. Service is the best and the products are high quality, beautiful, and long lasting. I have a water conditioner and they are prompt, consistent and professional in doing my water service. Most importantly, our family has AMAZING water as a result of their products!! Outstanding product and services. I highly recommend Culligan out of Ontario California. The personnel from that branch are always professional and knowledgeable. I've had Culligan for 12 years now and would recommend anyone within Southern California to look into the softener system for it extended the life of my appliances, and provides an unmatched showing experience.

I can always rely on Hector delivering and installing my tanks on time. If my drinking water systems gets slow I can count on someone coming to the house and fixing the pressure or just changing the units. I love having soft water. My hair and skin stays soft and not squeaky dry. There's never any mineral build up in the toilet or sinks and no water spots on the shower door. I needed to change my phone number on our account and Emily took care of that immediately. I love the products we use and the service we receive!

The entire process of installing and maintaining my water softener system has been great. I have yet to encounter an employee that isn’t wonderful. Excellent experience.

I've leased the water softener for several years without an issue. Ontario Culligan is reponsive and professional. With a small household I use less salt. Ontario delivers when I call for salt which helps me. They're a good company.

Very professional and quick installation. Response time on a minor leak on installation was resolved the next business day. Highly recommend.

We had to replace our pipes in 2018 and didn't want to have any more corrosion form hard water. Your soft water system has been a good solution. Our only misgiving is that we have sediment that forms in one toilet that we have not been able to address- it wasn't occurring before we installed the system. However it may not be due to Culligan's system.

I have CULLIGAN water softener & reverse osmosis drinking fountain which I really like. No matter how good the quality of the product is, it’s only as good as the customer service that supports it and my customer service rep with Culligan is very considerate, pleasant and always gives me a heads up with a two hour window of time and then when he’s on his way.

I shared with Norma that I was very pleased with the technician, very professional and friendly. I have been a customer for many years and have not have a problem with their products in the past. Great job on water purification system installations and service I'd recommend them to anybody life-changing for me since I live in the desert and the water quality was very poor I can drink right out of the tap as if it were bottled water thank you culligan!
