AT&T Store

Just made a switch from T-Mobile to AT&T. T-Mobile has definitely gone down in customer service and I would not recommend them again. So pleased with AT&T so far in both price and customer service. Rebecca the store manager on Dutch Fork road is outstanding! Great service and very knowledgeable!

The associate in the Ballentine store was wonderful. The saved us over 40 a month on our bill and educated us all at the same time.

Brandon went above and beyond. After an attitude at another AT&T location, I was ready to cut my mobile, internet, and tv services and move on to another company. Brandon helped me get rid of the obsolete, overpriced U-VERSE service and convinced me to give AT&T another chance. He then suggested the direct tv streaming service. He saved me $140 a month. And more importantly for AT&T, he retained the un-retainable and kept around $200 a month flowing to them and not a competitor. I will be returning to this location to see Brandon for all my future needs including a soon needed phone upgrade.

Jordan was absolutely outstanding. This AT&T rep not only goes out of his way to help the customers but is also very informative when it comes to helping out the guests needs!

I went with my husband today so he could get a new phone. We dread going to the phone stores honestly but today was a breeze. We had Brandon working with us and he was amazing. It went so smoothly and quick. He was very nice, informative and professional. Next time we need phone help we’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of him. Excellent experience.

I had an excellent visit here. Brandon L provided fantastic customer service - he worked through an issue that took some creative thinking and trying a couple of solutions. He easily could have dumped me on the customer service call center but didn't. He also took good care of other customers while I was there. This was the best retail experience I've had in years. I was surprised and very pleased. Thanks!

Great customer service the best I've ever had at any AT&T store. Answered all my 100 questions. Understood the bill payment for the first time and discounts. All around awesome experience. Young lady was nice and very helpful. Thanks for all your help.

We received excellent customer service from Brandon, who we later learned was the manager, tonight. We went in with some questions about switching me to my husband’s plan and upgrading our phones. Brandon answered all of our questions, showed and explained different options to us, gave us money saving tips, and was patient as we made decisions. It was so refreshing to see such great service.

Brandon was awesome. He was extremely professional, respectful, and informative. Got a new phone and left the store 20 minutes after the conversation started. It was refreshing to have such a great customer service experience. He also helped a couple before me and was more than patient with their every request.

Had a great experience With Brandon. Was out of town and my daughter needed a new phone. I made a phone call and he assured me he had what we wanted and took care of everything. Got her in and out with a new phone in record time.

Ryan was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about everything we asked. He gave us a break down of our bill, explained every small detail and had a terrific attitude. PLEASE keep him around! He was the only rep in store and managed all customers wonderfully. Awesome customer service!

After 3 trips to various locations the employee here was able to help me set up my kids smart watch. She was super helpful and pleasant. The store smells really nice too. I was so thankful for her help!

The sales rep, forgive me I can't remember her name but she was SUPER helpful! She was patient and kept great spirits due to the difficulties we had with me switching over from Spectrum and running into every issue possible. If i could give her a 10 I would but once we got through the process everything else was smooth sailing from there !

Danny waited on us. He was very helpful and shared his knowledge about the S9 and its features. He took time to make sure we had everything transferred to our new phone. I never felt that he was rushing us as he taught us how to use the new phone. Great service and I am very happy with my new phone!

I had an awesome experience at AT&T with Danny. He was VERY helpful with helping me choose the best way to add another line to my account for my son. Not only was he helpful with my account, he was totally laid back, easy to talk to, and was able to answer all my questions that I threw his way! I will definitely be going back to Danny for my phone needs!

Danny was super helpful and efficient. I was switching everything over to a new phone and it took a little while but I honestly don’t see how it could have gone any faster. A lot of the “time issue” is out of their hands, it’s from transferring information over. Will definitely return to this location if I need anything else in the future. Had a much more pleasant experience than in the past at other locations!

We are 30 plus years with Verizon and switched to 5g att. Got new phone and rewards and credits. The guys at the store are super attentive and know all the features of the equipment. Appreciate the professional prompt service
