Steven at the Plymouth store answered all our questions over the phone then set us up when we went in store. Very knowledgeable and facilitated the transfer of our old phone and new line seamlessly. Highly recommend.

Ariele and Steven at the Plymouth Store did a terrific job at helping my family and I upgrade our plans and 5 phones. They explained everything very well and helped us find the best deal! Great service🙂

Steven did an awesome job helping us to get an extra phone to have at our house for the grandkids to use when we're not there, but they are. He even looked at our account while we were there and ended up saving us approximately 20.00 today, plus he got us a better plan with more benefits for a lesser monthly price than we were already paying. Trevor was the man! Had trouble with my phone charging, and in less than five minutes, he had it fixed.

Kyle was Very polite and friendly. He took the time needed, but still got done quickly. He was patient, explained things very well. Listened to all questions I had, and answered them. He did a GREAT JOB!

Brian the man who helped me is absolutely the best example of perfect customer service. Both times I've been in and been helped by him I knew it was going to be great. He's very lively, smart, and outgoing and should absolutely be the face of what needs to be represented at the company. I cannot stress enough how happy I was to finally get to write a review for him because I absolutely enjoyed every minute of my time in store, even though I hated having to spend money it's almost like I left the store feeling happier.
