Furniture One Lazboy Comfort Studio

This is our first time at this store. Our experience was terrific. Kathy was very helpful and patient with us as we looked at various chair and fabric options. We would definitely recommend to others and will return in the future.

I went there on a Sunday to look for lazy boy couch and love seat around 4 pm thinking they were open till 5. Mary my sales rep didn't even mention that they close at 4 until I asked around 4:40 pm if they closed at 5. She said, "Don't worry about it because we were there before 4 pm" which is unheard of now a days. Normally you're being pushed out the door at all other stores. I was happy with the price, the product was great the sales reps and staff were great! I've never been there before but I'll certainly be back. I'm so excited for the arrival of my lazy boy couch and love seat. Thank you so much.

Kathy helped me find a perfect chair for me. I'm a bigger guy, and was looking for a perfect fit. After finding a chair that was perfect for myself, I was excited to learn of all the choices I had with respect to fabrics and power options. Kathy was patient and very helpful, and made this experience delightful. I've been shopping for this chair for about 2 years. I am glad I made the trip out to Essex to shop this store.

We purchased a modular reclining sofa today with salesperson Kathy, and she was extremely helpful and patient. She moved furniture pieces and fabrics all around the store to assist us in design decisions. Excellent experience!

My wife and I decided it was time to update our furniture for the front sitting area in our home. We went into Furniture One way back last April in the midst of all the supply and employment issues due to Covid. We worked with Kathy and ended up ordering a set that needed to be built (in other words did not see exactly what we wanted on the showroom floor). Kathy warned us that the LaZBoy delivery time would be around 39 weeks. We were in no rush and agreed.

Nearly a year later the set finally arrived and we were very happy with the outcome. Kathy had steered us away from some of the upholstery fabrics we had seen that day. She also had us take pictures of the room we would be placing the furniture in to help in our decisions. She further helped us decide on adding some real colour to one of the pieces, with accent pillows of this same material and colouring, and the results were amazing. Kathy was great to work with.

We would not hesitate to go to Furniture One again and would definitely look up Kathy to assist.

We looked everywhere for a lift recliner and finally found the perfect one, oh and by the way we ended up buying a sofa with two recliners at each end. You have to ask for Kathy Enerwein she is so fantastic to work with and patient.

Have had a very positive experience dealing with Mary re replacing furniture due to flood damage. She has been very accommodating and patient with helping me make decisions on fabrics etc. Staff is friendly and are very knowledgeable. I would recommend Furniture One as a number 1 place to go when looking for furniture as Lazy Boy is tops in my books!!

Kathy is a very professional sales lady, and very patient. I purchased a rocker and decided it was not for me. Kathy was so very kind to help me find my perfect rocker, and did not give me a hard time about cancelling the other rocker. I highly recommend this place.

We were in need of updating our living room furniture and went to all the local stores in Windsor, absolutely nothing we liked and the quality was terrible service wise and with the furniture.

We went out to Essex to Furniture One and Mary was so incredibly patient with us as we tried out different styles of loveseats and rocker recliners. We found a set we liked, ordered in a color we decided against a day later so Kathy was able to change the color on the order. We were told it might be up to six months for the loveseat delivery and that was ok.

The two rocker/recliners were delivered the following day, we were ecstatic over the delivery people, their care in bringing the new chairs in and setting up. Turned out the loveseat was already in the process of being made so we had ours within a month!

A few weeks after receiving the two r/r and loveseat, we decided we missed having a couch to lie on so we wouldn't have gone anywhere else but Furniture One again and Mary once again was awesome in showing us our options as we needed a shorter style to fit our space, and Brad was very helpful with the pricing too, much appreciation to both of them!! The couch was delivered within a couple days and the incredible delivery guys showed us how to remove the backs if/when we ever needed to move them and took great care in handling the heavy furniture into our home.

For any La-Z-Boy products, Furniture One is the only place in the Windsor-Essex area we would recommend visiting.
