These guys are AMAZING. They do their job perfectly, and they're amazing to talk to. Good at their job, good at conversating, good at it all! HIGHLY recommend this GameStop over most others in Palm Springs.

Excellent service. Purchased MK11 from here, very refreshingly practical employees that do not expect you to have an extensive amount of knowledge about gaming when making quick purchases. It was just nice to ask before assuming that I am a devout gamer. It kind of irks me when someone talks like they love their job when I know that they're just there to pay the bills (I am well aware that some employees at game stop really love their job and gaming though). I understand that working for retail calls for you to have a discerning eye in order to sell properly, it's just time and time again I get caught in a conversation about a game I'm not fond of and I hate explaining myself through small talk so it just made me feel at peace. I know, this review had nothing to do with the service but I just thought to put it out there.

Customer service is excellent.

Friendly and helpful staff. They always seem to have everything I need. Their website is a little hard to navigate through in my opinion. But when it comes to games and consoles, save yourself the time and just go to GameStop instead of Best buy or other places. Five stars here

This is the only Gamestop I go to regardless of stock. The people are very helpful and knowledgeable here. They are available without being the type to hover while you shop and offer things that add to your purchase without being pushy about it. Matthew B. is particularly awesome at his job. He has a store leader badge, which I can only assume is well-deserved. But really, the whole team there is the best collection of team members I've ever seen in a Gamestop/EB Games ever.

The staff are fully functional game geeks that are 100% knowledgeable and friendly. They know their stuff. I don't play games, my son does. These guys have never steered me wrong.

Mike from 425 E palm springs cali gamestop really helped. I had pre ordered r6 extraction in another state and he said id have to re-purchase the game. After giving the original gamestop a call he got it sorted and i walked out over excited to play my new game. Thanks again Mike

Out of all the stores I've been to in the valley, the Palm Springs one is by far my favorite. The employees take their time to get to know you and the games/franchises you're interested in so that every time you walk through the doors, they know the best way to help you. This will always be my go-to store any time I need games or merch.

Item wasn't in stock but the lovey lady behind the desk offered to call me when her order came in. She did call later. Wonderful service

Palm springs store is very helpful and friendly. Taking the time to explain games. Good prices , lots of sale items cut to amazing values. . Jessica from the night crew was the best.

I would like to thank Bianca from the Palm Springs store for her knowledge, help and effort with my situation. I think she went above and beyond what the other Gamestop stores (La Quinta and Coachella) and associates didn't do or attempt.
I had a situation with my son's PS4 and needed to redeem the warranty. Thanks to covid, it made it real hard for me to go to Gamestop and just return and receive another PS4. La Quinta and Coachella Gamestop just gave me the runaround. My wife tells me to try the Palm Springs Gamestop. So I call (thank God I did) and Bianca picks up, she was extremely helpful and was patient with my situation. She walked me step by step with what needed to be done and when I finally got to the store she met me at the door (per store policy because of covid) and took care of the transaction and saw it through. 30 days passed and the PS4 didn't ship to my home for some odd reason (not Bianca's fault). So I contact the Palm Springs store and to my luck Bianca answers. When I explained that I didn't receive the PS4 she immediately looked into it and was able assist me in getting right away. Less than a week after that my son's PS4 arrived at the store. I was happy because my son was happy. Bianca, my family and I thank you very much for your knowledge, efforts and help with our situation. I just want to note that I drove from Indio to Palm Springs for that reason, that's approximately a 30 minute drive one way. Thanks again Bianca.

Been a Game Stop custy for years, love getting "new" used games here. With a little patience you can wait until a spendy new one has been out a few months and go pick it up there $10. They also happen to be the only place that sells and activates cricket phones, which is why I had come that day. Id never been to this local but ELLIE was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest. She showed me which phones were basically the same despite the big price difference. Im a bartender, I dont tey to push a spendy drink I dont like, so I appreciate that. Then when she was unable to help me with what I needed, she pointed me in the right direction and offered me her personal oppinion and solution, which didnt make her a sale right then bit i love a good sport. I'll stay faithful as usual to gamestop and glad to have this location close by!

Store leader what veryknowledgeable and courteous and very respectful I would recommend to go to this GameStop I believe his name was Jeremy I could be wrong but the gentleman was very nice and respectful he sold us a PS4 pro the headset pro and the charging dock what you spent $648
