Typical larger chain grocery store with competitive prices. For the most part, the fresh fruit and vegetables looked fresh and had an appealing look. Nicely displayed and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fresh meats and sea food were appealing to the eye. Ample amount of real checkers at the register and self check is available.

I love the selection of items. Very well taken care of.

"Mathew" is a truly remarkable manager and just an exceptional human being in general (ain general, animal lovers are wonderful people). I've noticed the store seems to run more smoothly since his arrival and I believe it's thanks to him. He has been helpful, kind and not just to me I've watched him treat other patrons just as great. He has an aura about him that can make anyone's day just a little better, even if it's just short interactions. He is absolutely a true asset to this company.

I hadn't been to this Ralphs in a long time. Now I understand why people go out of their way to go there.

Last minute Thanksgiving. Store open in the usual business hour until 10pm on Thanksgiving Day. I want to get some things I need while visiting Palm Springs. I glad the business is open.

Lovely fish department. They custom cut three salmon steaks for us after the ones in the case were gone. At checkout, I asked for the sale prices after explaining we were visiting from out of town. All three times we were there we were given the Ralph's card prices. So much nicer than Albertsons and Stater Brothers. Good wine prices.

We are tourist here in Palm Springs and stopped at the local grocery store to get some stuff for our hotel room. Of course going to a new grocery store you never know where anything is. So we're walking back and forth looking for stuff and asked a really nice worker, I believe his name was Cesar, he works in the fruit department I think, where the mayonnaise was. We were on the opposite side of the store. He could have just gave us the aisle number, but instead walk this all the way over to it. Very friendly, very nice, staff, makes me want to shop here every time we come. Thank you Cesar, I hope I have your name right.

The Ralph's at Sunrise and Ramon in Palm Springs has a terrific selection. They stock a huge variety of specialty items, like sauces and marinades. My favorite thing is their chili beans that go great with fire roasted tomatoes. The Asian section was missing Duck Sauce the last time I went, and their plant selection was very small, but everything else was great. The extra large mangoes they have on sale are packed with fruit, not mostly put as some can be.

This is my favorite Ralph’s, worth the higher prices.

i shop at this location twice a week and I have the same exceptional experience. The store is immaculate which is due to the hard working employees. The employees are professional, helpful, and friendly. I also must say the clientele is always polite, pleasant and very respectful by wearing masks. These two extremely rude women will probably never read this or even remotely care but here is one exception of the shoppers that occurred around 9:30 AM today, Saturday, June 25th which stood out of place. To the two white women who purchase a bottle of gin and were rudely standing at the end of the check out line signing a card where the bags are filled. You both took off your masks which shows you have zero concern for anyone in the store other than yourselves. You took your time filling the card out and left without saying excuse me to the checker, the people in line, an myself patiently waiting for you to move. You are the epitome of the white (I am white) entitled, self centered, and basically mean people. So to the kind gentleman who checked out our groceries, the three groups of people with carts behind us, and all of the other employees and shoppers at Ralph's this morning: Thank you for being the opposite of those two women.

This Ralphs is very good given they always have so much of everything and you can always find what you're looking for. I love the back where they have discounted items since you get items for half or even 75% of the price which is awesome for saving a few bucks. I love this Ralph's and definitely one of the better grocery stores to visit. I would highly recommend it here and would come again.

Omg the best experience in a supermarket ever

I love Ralph’s . prices are high right now but bargains are great . Shelves are always stocked and employees are well trained and polite.

Great prices and had what I needed in stock. Love it so far. Might become favorite if they beat S&F meats and quantity discounts. I AM impressed they have grass fed beef and they're not price gouging like other brothers.

The Ralphs on Sunrise is outstanding. The staff is outstanding. I just had an example of above the line service. I asked the help desk for an honest opinion of Kroger brand mayonnaise compared to Best Foods. The lovely lady said, "here, try a quart of the Kroger brand on us, and let us know what you think". Now that's SERVICE!

Im a regular here so I do have some opinion that holds some better-than-one-stop merit. The employees here are friendly and hard-working in this high traffic locale. Though at times hectic you can be sure to count on a clean and convenient, well maintained enviroment that is impressively held together by its vibrant and helpful staff. Truly dynamic. Good job everyone!

I enjoy shopping here for multiple reasons, it's close to home, they have a great selection of food, the Sweet Hawaiian bread that is in loaf form and slices for sandwiches is my favorite bread if all time, they stand behind their products, I bought some fruit that I didn't care for it wasn't sweet but it was bitter and they made it right, the employees are all super nice to you, very helpful and they have kroger brand stuff and Kroger was my favorite grocery store in Nashville when I lived there. Ralph's has come a long way and now it's my go to store for everything, try that sweet Hawaiian bread you won't regret it, I promise.

This Ralph's location is really big and well stocked. Also clean and bright. Parking is easy and its location is very convenient. I recommend shopping here. Download the Ralph's app and use their digital coupons: so easy to use and save $!

Nicely laid out store. Excellent produce and meat department with sale prices as well with your Ralphs card. Friendly and welcoming staff. Enjoy shopping at this store very much.

They had these green bagels I've never seen before. 10 out of 10. Would come back.
