Great friendly store. They were busy, but greeted everyone who came in and explained the wait list system. Very good service.

The service rep was very polite , helpful and efficient. I really appreciated all her help! We were in and out very quick and that was awesome!!

I’m from out of town visiting my aunt who was having trouble with her other carrier so I brought her here to switch over. Lana greeted us and handled the entire transaction. She had answers for everything and was even able to get my aunt a work discount. I felt we were handled very professionally and everything was painless.

My issue & then some was resolved, my associate that was working with me was Chris P. I think that was his last initial- working at the Smoketree Plaza location i Palm Springs, California on Hwy.111/E. Palm Canyon Dr. He was super fast, knew exactly what he was doing without any hesitations, was very knowledgeable when it came to the phones and all the little things that comes with them and all around it was just a great experience. Thanks Chris & AT&T for a anxiety-free shopping experience!

Alex approached me the second I walked in and was ready to help. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very patient and very helpful while I was gathering the information I needed from my previous provider to keep my phone number after switching over. I have not had any problems with my service since the switch and I am feeling confident in my decision to choose AT&T as my new provider

Was warmly greeted by all staff. Alex was the employee who assisted me. She was very patient answering my many questions about my purchase options. She is very knowledgeable on all their phones and plans. After helping me decide on a phone and activating, she went out of her way to show me features I would have never known about. Great experience!

I worked with Natalie G. And honestly 5 stars is an understatement for her customer service skills. Natalie was a FANTASTIC employee and helped me with all my issues. She is also very knowledgeable and has a great personality. I will be requesting her specifically in the future.

All associates greeted me as I came in. Told me someone would be right with me. Wasn't long before I was actually seen by an associate. Great staff at this location. Keep up the good work!

I have never had such amazing customer ever, at any establishment, as I have today at the AT&T at the Smoketree location in Palm Springs!

Marc and Daniel personify absolute excellence in customer service. Kind, patient, knowledgeable. They both spent extra time with us. Marc helped us find the best plan for our 9-year-old grandson’s first phone. He took his time and made us feel like we were the only customers in the store.

Daniel spent a great deal of time helping me get my stepmom on my Dad’s cellphone account. She had a phone number on the account, but lost her phone and was trying to activate a new phone. She has some dementia and couldn’t find the information needed to complete the process. I felt bad keeping Daniel waiting and he was so incredibly patient, he said not to worry - and he made me feel like the only customer in the store.

And mission accomplished - he was amazing!

This location has an amazingly kind and considerate team. You have no idea how much their support meant to me.

My spouse and I came in to AT&T Palm Springs to upgrade our phones and worked with a wonderful representative named Chris. He was extremely patient with us both explaining the different options available and helping us not only purchase our new phones but also download all our information from our respective phones into our new phones. He was extremely professional and pleasant and made our experience as easy as possible. We strongly recommend working with Chris and the AT&T Palm Springs store.

The associate who helped me acquire and set up my new iPhone was spectacular. Extremely efficient, very knowledgeable and delightfully personable. She answered every question, solved every problem quickly and made certain that I got the best deal possible, including selling me several valuable accessories. I have been an ATT Wireless customer for 15 years (lol, when you were ATT Wireless). This was my very best in store, online or on call experience in all of that time! Thank you, loving my new 13Pro.

I normally do not leave reviews but I feel it’s a must that I mention the amazing customer service in the personal detail help that I was given from individual at the store by the name of Pablo. Demonstrated customer service at his finest was helpful in every way and I hope this company understands that individuals and employees like this is the foundation of a great company thank you very much the Pablo and AT&T also I would like to mention and Analisa as well financially help me out she also has hiemark as far as customer service thank you very much

I had a great experience at the AT&T store in Palm Springs recently. Alex was super friendly and knowledgeable and very patient with me as I was having trouble with my iPhone since it took a dump in the washer. She was able to get me a new phone and checked my upgrades and was able to help me transfer all of my data which I thought I had lost to my new phone. I highly recommend this store. Everyone very friendly and made me feel welcome.

Best customer service. I had a problem that an authorized reseller created and this store had the patients to help me solve it. I appreciate the time and effort in helping me out.

Natalie was a rockstar. She managed to sort out the details getting my tablet up and running. Took her two different days to work with AT&T at the system level. Ulysses and Manny did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Ulysses was able to professionally handle an escalation and upset customer. Manny remained courteous and professional and did a great job keeping me calm and cool during the wait process.
