Bought a pair of Brooks but after 15 miles and a week later I couldn't stand the heel. They swapped it out and were super helpful! New brooks are great. Shop local!

Very nice staff but I bought a pair of Hoka’s that the pair got holes in the heel after a week. I was provided a replacement and called them 15 days later with the same problem. The manager was so helpful and refunded my money so that I could apply towards something else.

My husband and I both bought shoes yesterday and had the best experience! Phillip was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We learned so much and were so happy with the shoes he selected for us. We both have different running shoe needs and were very grateful for his help in finding the best fit for us. The prices were also very good!

It was my first time at U-Run in New Braunfels, and I was greeted by Philip who was very friendly and welcoming which is rare now at days. He measured both my feet and brought out various Hoka shoes for me to try on since that is the main reason I went to try on some Hoka shoes. Found a pair that I really liked, so I bought them. Will definitely be returning! Thank you Philip!

If your in need if new running shoe and want some expert help then this is the perfect store. I always have an idea on what I want they help me find what I really need. I will never buy good running shoes anywhere else. I definitely recommend this store.

I finally decided to invest more in my shoes. I box and needed something that was light and low to the ground due to the nature of lateral movements that boxing demands. They worked with me and allowed me to try 3 different shoes until i found the perfect fit. Great place and people.

The young lady that helped me was just wonderful. She helped me find the correct sneaker for my needs. She took her time helping me and when I left I had the right sneaker for what I needed. Thank you.

Went in for my first time a couple days ago about 15 min until close & a gentleman who said it was his 2nd day was very very helpful, informative & even stayed after they closed to make sure I had the right pair of shoes that I was looking for. This place was great. Employees take the time to work with you and make sure you have the right shoe. They are clearly knowledgeable about people's needs for the right shoe.
