Great customer service very clean and neat store they have a good varieties of craft beers prices are very reasonable love their car washes. Always happy and pleased to gas and shop at this location.

Great customer service! When this store opened, I asked them if they could look into carrying my favorite candy, and sure enough - two weeks later, they were stocking it!

Cashiers are not very friendly, some days are just terrible to interact with. Gas is consistently the most expensive in the area. Only reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 is that the convenience store has pretty much anything you need in a pinch but highly recommend the QT across the street.

New to this location.... purchased a car wash as I always have from other shell locations. Didn’t try and use it until today (only 10 days later), just find out it expired. Looking at the receipt it expired 1 week after my purchase. Give me a break! Never gas up or buy anything from here again.

If I can give negative stars I would. Today the cashier made a big scene and started accusing my husband of stealing a soup. Why? because he is African American. My husband was in his work uniform on his lunch break and was just using the microwave to heat up the soup that he took for lunch as well as his other lunch. She judged him just because of the color of his skin. Why would my husband pay for a drink but not a soup. Make it make since.

We have been regular customers for a year since we moved in this neighborhood.  I have heard it was locally owned so prices are a little higher than QT across the street but we are the loyal type.  Small businesses can't really compete but some have a southern,  family type quality when you walk in the door.  Small stores that offer a value worth paying the extra cents for care and understanding for their customers that is the only thing that  will keep customers coming back. Today is my last time I will come to this store.  My husband went in to make a purchase with quarters only, this is the first time we always pay with our debit/credit card.  We were told our quarters wouldn't be accepted.  Money is money not to mention a one time convenience for a loyal customer.  And this is how you lost another neighborhood customer who will spread the word.

Just had the worst customer experience ever!! John is so rude and I'm not sure why he's still there. I would rather drive 5 miles out of my way instead of deal with this dude. He's not worth my smile, my kindness, or my time!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Trust that I will take this to a higher level. He was a smart ass and acted like he wasn't instead of trying to apologize amongst other things. Dueces douche bag!

Unfriendly cashiers... makes it so easy to go across the street to QT where they at least greet EVERYONE that walks in!

I have yet to write a bad review and of all place, I have never thought I would be writing a review on a convenient store of a gas station, wow! I had to deal with a very rude staff at this location and of all people, he was the manager! I can not believe that John is the manager of this place when he clearly lacks leadership or people skills for that matter.

This is abosoluty the worst gas station you can shop there is no type of customer service here , they everprice thief products ,and change thief expiration dates on products and cold foods the clerk did not want to exchange my soda even tho it had no carbonation and was not full and charged me $1.89for sone pringles even tho they clearly priced at $1.59 his excuse was that they have to mark up prices and said if I don't like it I can get the hell out of his store and threw my money on the counter.we can not keep supporting business that treat customersthis way, that spend their hard earned money in them and just want to get some quality products I would highly recommend that you don't even step foot in this store as you may get a expired product or just be treated like your piece of trash....

QT is way better. Camila's restaurant not associated with the shell is outstanding. They don't connect from the inside.

This is a horrible gas station!! EXTREMELY rude to customers and act like we are a bother to them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!! wish I could give negative stars cause I would!!

Beautiful store but the customer service is awful! Don’t waste your time!
