I highly recommend Vapetastic to all my friends and family who are even out of town. Customer service care is most important here. Extremely respectful and caring of each customer even when busy! They take their time to explain and breakdown each products from usage, maintenance, and each effect of every product! Jason has amazing products including great deals, as well always bringing new items in! If you don’t find the item you went in for they always have a backup suggestion to have you leaving happy!

Great place! was in New Braunfels to float the river and sunk my vape during the summer..Googled vape shop saw vapetastic SUPER close, right down the road & on the way back to SA. After informing customer on products customer needed a minute to decide what to get and guy behind counter helped me right away while waiting. Great multitasking and highly knowledgeable. Alot of inventory . Ever since then I've been going back everytime I visit new braunfels. Sometimes I make the trip even if I have no plans in NB. Very welcoming .highly recommend 👌

This is my usual go to vape shop. By far the best, I've been to. I bought a vape with juice and a couple coils yesterday. Excellent service very explanatory with setting up the new vape. Thank yall! Yall hold it down for the vape community!

By far the best vape shop in NB. I've shopped around 3 other stores but the customer service this place offers is not even comparable to the other places. The guy that runs this place won't let you walk out the door until your satisfied. I definetly like how I never feel rushed when I visit this place. You almost feel like your part of the family when your in this shop. Prices are good and the selection is great. Always getting new stuff to try out. Shop local and support this family run GEM.

So I have to edit my previous review. After some of my family members asked to give this business another chance, I went in today and received the best treatment ever, even though they seemed pretty busy. They took their time and I felt like they actually listened and considered my needs. I walked out with a new setup in vape device and vape juice. I feel confident that I will be back soon again!

This is the first shop I have been to that someone has explained things and gave me pointers and pointed me in the right direction! I am a fairly new vapor and the staff was very helpful! Highly reccomended!!

Love this spot! Stop in a few times a year when in town. Jason always gets me what I need even if they don't have the specific brand, they always have awesome backup options. Nice clean store. Highly recommend!

Absolutley love jason and his entire team. Super knowledgeable! Me and my wife was out in New Braunfels, he stumbled onto this place. Seeing it had a near perfect rating we thought why not give it a try and see what all the hype was about. Best decision we did make there. The owner was a really great person, he made our visit an experience we won’t forget. It’s been about a month now since we’ve been here but I’d recommend anyone to go in and give them a try. Well knowledge and a family/friendly environment, not to mention one of the guys likes to be paid in 1s (inside joke) thanks again guys

This is our place. We live in SW San Antonio but anytime we're in New Braunfels, we stop here. Always great deals on excellent equipment/vape juice/etc. and service including wonderful recommendations by fantastic people.

Really good guy... 25% discount on mod, batteries, and tank, and also set mod up, filled and primed tank, and set color on display as well as wattage. Also he explained to me how everything was done. Other customers were in store, and he knew them all personally. Really nice place. Will definitely be back, when I'm in the area. Appreciate it.

This is a family owned business with the most knowledgeable staff. They know vape inside and out and if I've ever had a question, or a problem with my gear or even what flavors are the best, Jason and his family will take all the time needed to explain. Great selection of juice, tanks, devices and pods. Awesome service after the sale and a nice clean shop.

This is by far one of the best shops I have ever had the pleasure of going to in my life.
I'm from out of town and my Vape was malfunctioning. So off my husband and I went to the closest legitimate Vape shop. Doug was there and he is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are off the chain. The prices are very comparable and the atmosphere inside is very comfortable. The artwork on the walls are a great conversation starter. This business goes above and beyond for its customers. We definitely left with more than we expected. Yall gotta stop by this little gem if you're in the area.
