Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Great store with excellent service. Not a large parking area but enough room to get in and out. The carry a lot of contractor materials but have the better lines of paints as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The associate, Richard was very helpful to my wife when she came by today to order a gallon of paint. He was very professional, helpful and kind. He even offered to give the Sherwin Williams discount for signing up and getting an acct set up in our name. We were very pleased!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond in informing us about useful tools their store had to offer along with promotions they would soon be running. After being very overwhelmed with all of the options at another store we had been visiting, this was such a huge relief/breath of fresh air.

My first time and was really impressed with my experience in the store.... Great customer service and was very helpful.... paint matched perfectly been other places and its been off color, but the color matched exactly..... I will be getting all my future supplies from there when I need anything for a paint job.......

I never stepped foot in paint store until I started building my own house. Really appreciate Scott's knowledge and guidance on paint selection. Scott also helped us on our DIY epoxy floor in our garage and shop, which turned out great! Seemed like everyone knew there stuff we only dealt with Scott and Casey. Both helped find the best prices on products we were looking for.

The store is very well organized. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Susie, at the New Braunfels store, was a delight to work with. Going to Sherwin Williams is a no brainer when it comes to purchasing quality paint with professional guidance.

After trying unsuccessfully for four days at another SW store to have a stain from a picture frame copied to use on kitchen cabinets, I gave up. Fortunately I then went to the SW in New Braunfels where Casey was able to create the perfect stain color for me! Thank you so much, Casey, and all the friendly folks at that store!

They are always on top of things. If you need advice... I've found the younger folks don't know much... but the older folks are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I won't buy paint anywhere else...particularly if I have to match a color. These guys know what they're doing.

Paint quality is excellent, though expensive, and this store is well run. Of course, buying quality goods is always more expensive than buying junk.
