Office Depot

I was very happy with the customer service that I received when visiting Office Depot to print some baby shower invitations. Nicholas went above and beyond to help me. It’s something that you don’t see every day most of the time you can’t even find somebody to help you. That was not the case at this location in New Braunfels, Texas.

Employees and manager at both the Seguin and New Braunfels store were fantastic. The were patient in explaining the different options of laptops and helping with the checkout process. Thank you, Alfonzo! Your help sold me a laptop that is perfect for my family.

I like going to this Office Depot because of the service received. Even when there may be a lot of customers present, the staff take their time to answer any questions you may have. They are also courteous, respectful and most of the time have the items that I need.

The staff here is so helpful and so kind. Despite being limited to two staff members they were all so courteous and attentive. Special shout-out to Nick for being a super star! He helped me with printing out itineraries for a girls weekend. He was able to help me select the exact dimensions and paper type to make the itinerary really stand out!

I had 6 pamphlets placed in spiral binders with covers front and back. The job was accomplished while I waited. One sheet, i found out later, had not been aligned when punched so it wasn't attached to the binding. I took it back and it was corrected immediately without question. Very nice crew down there.

I have been coming here for quite some time now, and I've always needed to print some things out, whether if it was for an interview or other events. Let me just say this, that I thank everyone for giving me great customer service and sense of urgency whenever I wanted something done like binding, printing multiple copies and finding products that best fit for my needs. Greg and Nicholas were usually the main people to assist me and have done a wonderful job in everything that I needed. The whole team is always working and helping everyone with a smile on their face. Now that is wonderful customer service! I am honored to be a customer for this Office Depot.

This store is very clean and well stocked the employees are well trained and very helpful. If they do not have an item in stop they are happy to order it for you! Highly Recommended!

My online shopping was a breeze! I compared shredders easily thanks to the thorough descriptions on the website. Then I easily located a store near me where it was in stock to do curbside pickup. After I indicated I arrived, it look leas than 5 minutes for me to get my order!

Great customer service. The young man who helped me not only answered my questions, boxed up my purchases neatly, and quickly rang me up but he did it all with a fabulous attitude. More like him please.

Great customer service! I had a difficult printing request and Isco was so patient with me. He was so polite and knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. He definitely saved the day!

The staff is SO nice! I was in a bind & needed business cards like within the hour. I called ahead, sent in the design & he said he would do his best to have them ready in time. I picked them up 20 min later & they were ready to go! Saved my day!! Thank y’all!!

Corey at the new braunfels location was amazing. He helped me through a difficult personal situation just by staying later than the end of his shift to complete my order. He was very professional, patient, kind and understanding.

I ordered the product online Christmas Eve's Eve and get arrived the next morning on my doorstep. The manager called shortly after I ordered it, to say he was so sorry but it would come unassembled and I would be credited for that charge. the chair is fantastic we put it together in about 15 minutes I am so pleased with Office Depot I will use them again for a future purchases.

Retail stores are important for ease of shopping, choice selection, and need to walk with what I require to get my work accomplished in real time. For immediacy OD carries what I 'need' and for what else I might 'want' I can go online when I have the luxury of time. Keep up the good work!

The representative was especially helpful and his thorough knowledge of available products (I wanted an office chair but specifically needed an adjustable lumbar support) found a chair for me I had overlooked. He knew of the adjustment I did not spot myself.

I had a time crunch for scanning photos in a particular order for my father’s Memorial Service and although it seemed impossible for it to get done on time, Cory Myers’s got it accomplished well and ahead of schedule!
