Great selection. Friendly staff. The best liquor store in the area, and there are multiple locations!!

Love specs. They have a great selection of spirits. If they don't have what you are looking for they can order it. Also very knowledgeable staff when it comes to giving suggestions for trying something different.

Was lucky enough to visit on a day they were serving bourbon samples. How great is that!

We've gone to Spec's for a long time. So, when this location opened years ago we were pleased. Thankfully, the location has a good staff most of the time. This location has bulk bean coffee you can purchase where we get one of our favorite flavors whenever it is in stock. (So many people love it, it is hard for any location to keep it stock!)

There is a huge wine selection so you can spend more time than you realize making a decision even with a staff member's assistance. The liquor is quite large. This is great when you prefer certain brands versus what smaller locations may keep. Plus, they can attempt to order you something if they do not have it in stock.
I'm just happy I don't have to drive to San Antonio/Selma or Austin to reach this type of liquor store now.

My brother and I went to this Spec's yesterday, and we're both very impressed. Awesome variations of alcohol and other fine beverages. The Staff was professional and quite friendly.

A different kind of review, but I didn’t catch the guy’s name. Regardless, I usually shop at this location a couple of times a week, and picked up my visiting friend and cousin from their hotel with the intent to just kickback at my house. They forgot their stuff at the hotel, but I figured since I’m buying it wouldn’t matter. It did. Still, as frustrating as it initially was(because trust me, I was not trying to drive all the way back to their hotel with the way gas prices are), and despite his initial demeanor, the cashier was overall polite, explained the store policy, and just kind of explained without being rude or anything.(Which can be a P.I.T.A. these days in customer service depending on the customer) I wanted to say he handled everything well and maintained great integrity even seemingly being the only one on registers at the time! As usual, always enjoy shopping here(even if I didn’t get anything this time)!

We visit this location often. They always have a great selection, wide variety, and whatever I'm looking for is always easy to find and in stock. The customer service is always great. Staff is friendly and helpful. I pass 3-4 other liquor stores to go to Specs.

Great variety and prices.

If you can't find what you're looking for at this place but you're not looking hard enough. They have an incredible selection from wine to any kind of liquor you're looking for. They have a lot of great gourmet snacks if you're looking at something unique for a party as well. The staff is awesome and occasionally I'll just ask one of them for a recommendation just to try something different.

I would like to say that I have been coming to the New Braunfels (263 Creekside Crossing) location since it opened. I am extremely impressed with this store. It’s clean, the prices are good, but the biggest thing is THE STAFF. Every time I enter the store, I am always pleasantly greeted by someone. I am asked if I need any help or assistance. The staff is extremely friendly and always have such a great attitude. I cannot commend the staff and management enough. If I have any questions, the staff is always on it. They make me feel great every time I am in the store.

As a consumer, we have a variety of choices in today’s market. I only buy from this location. It’s always been a great experience. A+

Good prices & if they don't have what you want can see if their other stores have it. Also will see if their distributor can get it. Nice friendly atmosphere & people. Got introduced to this computer in San Antonio. Will go to these stores when I can or buy enough to take with us on a trip as I can't get my favorite spirits across the USA.

Growing up in Houston I have been going to Spec's all of my life. It's great to see a company maintain high standards of selection, quality and service! Thanks to everyone that makes the New Braunfels store run so well!

I knew what I needed got my stuff
At check out the man in front of me purchased a Snicker bar, I could not help my self and asked him if after he ate it was he going to be friendlier. He and the check out man had a good laugh as well as I did. Nice to see happy people during these difficult times.

Great costumer service, amazing wine selection, and every spirit plus some one could ask for, plus barware, food, and international options abound.

A liquor store that's almost the size of Walmart with a massive selection of everything. It's all organized by type with a large selection of local stuff whether it is Texas beers, wines, or whiskeys with everything else in between. No need to go anywhere else for alcholol.
