I really don't understand how this place has low ratings I literally only had one bad moment there even though there should never be a bad moment if you have the right demeanor but I've been going to the store for a long time now and seeing the same people here for a good while and especially the co-worker Paige she's real sweet patient and does everything at the acquired time it's like she knows your energy when she sees you

Tiffany went above and beyond to help me, was very courteous and friendly.

It's Walgreens you know what you need.

It's all because of the "Floater" pharmacist who's there. Vivanne, I hope it's spelled right. This is the worst pharmacist out there. She didn't fill my prescription because she said my doctor wasn't treating me right, I should be on a different medication etc.. She has called other's in our neighborhood and asked if they were taking their diabetic and cancer medication right, if they were abusing they meds etc.. Who DOES THAT. In our neighborhood meeting more than 15 people have complained about her. This is crazy. The store is actually good. She is the problem. I hope they see this because something has to change.

I'm not sure why google has it where you have to leave one star I would leave negative 1000! This place is awful the worst Walgreens to ever exist it needs to be closed down. The store manager has no compassion and doesn't care for women his females cashiers close and they have to deal with all the theft just homeless people walking in and loading up their bag packs and they are verbally abused by these people and the store manager Leon or Kyle he's new as of May 2023 I think looks at us customers as we were voicing out concerns for the female workers and said what they're use to it I felt that was racist and just horrible to say. The mouth on this manager would make a trucker blush his vocabulary is one of a kind. Also ever since he's came to this location the store stinks and it's dirty and the floors are sticky and there's never anything in stock. There was an older customer that was having an issue with the pharmacist and his response was oh well. Corporate needs to send over a secret shopper so they can see for themselves how disturbing this manager is. Avoid this location at all cost

Literally give this Walgreens Pharmacy a negative! There is always a line and the customer service is horrendous! When you go to pick up your prescription, they tell you they don’t have the order when the Dr called it in days earlier and you called to make sure order was in. They cannot complete request within the hours and they tell you it can be ready in One or two days. We are switching to another pharmacy as this one sucks so so so bad! :(

Very poor customer service. The pharmacy tech. had a messy bun and a sweatshirt on, which was the least of it. She insisted three times that she had my prescriptions. I knew they must belong to someone with the same name, but she wouldn't listen to me or cross check with my address or the prescribing physician. Then I had to wait for 10 minutes to consult with the pharmacist. I was standing right there and the pharmacist wouldn't acknowledge me, nor did she apologize or thank me for waiting. The day before all this I had called. I was on hold for 10 minutes, then at the 11th minute the phone began to ring, and someone picked up and hung up. There were no shopping carts or baskets for use at the store, and I had to request one.

DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY HERE! Most times I have problems getting my pills here. Had problems with the mobile app (Not this specific wallgreens fault) Calling to place orders can be pretty random as far as the info I receive and if the order will even be filled, and most times I need to go in and physically talk to someone. The store itself feels like you need a personal shopper to unlock all the products that are behind glass, such as deodorant, body wash, shampoo.

I was told 15-20 minutes to pick up my prescription. This was important to me because I have limited transportation after a certain time. I will now have to walk to pick up my prescription whenever it's ready because it's been over an hour. If I would have known it would have taken this long I wouldn't have filled my prescription here. My pain and nausea will have to wait.

worst pharmacy EVER. I'm a diabetic yet I get thrown on the back burner because people are still freaking out over getting their covid vaccination . Lost count how many times I HAD to walk out of there without my prescriptions and insulin. The head pharmacy guy mostly does nothing but, sits back and watch the sh@t show take place. It's marked that their lunch is from 1 to 13O but from 12 to 3pm GOOD LUCK. Talking to my doctor and medical lawyer to please reinsign to another pharmacy store cuase I'm so unpleased with this place. Honestly I hope they close them down. Yes it's that bad.

Had an appointment for my vaccine shot. It was at 615pm, showed 5 mins before, there were appointments after me who and they got their shots before me, 750pm and still waiting to get my shot. What are appointments for if you don't follow them?

Poor customer service. Extremely poor customer service. We have been waiting for them to transfer scripts for 4 days now and still not transferred.
