Excellent clearance selection and relatively larger Michael’s. They also have self-checkout here, which is a first for me at Michael’s, but found it quite enjoyable. Will be going again!

Custom framer Donnel was wonderful! Cheerful! Super helpful!! Went above n beyond! I actually came to see her for 2nd project and she wasn't there :-( made mistake of going to Eagan, poor choice on my side!! But Richfield framer was expierenced and great to work with!!

Went in for some markers and I had a few questions and sales associate Maya was so nice and helpful!

After visiting THREE separate Michael's stores today - placing an online order having it canceled and then placing a 2nd online order - and driving over 20 minutes to this Michael's in South suburbs- when I live north of downtown - I finally was able to take advantage of the sale buy 2 canvass get two free -
The manager had a little different attitude than the folks at the Quarry-(which is closest to me) and after telling her about how much trouble I had completing my intended purchase even have me a discount. On top of the advertised sale.
It took me from 4pm until 8pm at night yo be able to get their advertised sale- 2 online orders and two online cancels - by the stores because of no stock of advertised canvass- smdh.
The manager at this location not only did her job but went above and beyond.
She deserves a raise.

I cant get another this place. Since I have to be at home. I have been just doing DIY stuff. Then I come into Michaels' store. They always have a sale. I find something new to DIY every time I go into this store. I made these Christmas lanterns. I bought the lanterns for only$2.50. then I made a stand for them. I have seen a same kind of Christmas lanterns for about $100. I made these lanterns for $10.

My trip here was successful when one of the staff, probably a manager gave me her own Parchment paper from her classroom since they were out of it in store. I appreciated her gesture soo much! I recommend this location since she stopped what she was doing to help me out and then some! Thank you 😊

Mike back in custom framing is so awesome and helpful. He went above and beyond today for my mother helping her
Tho he didn't sell a custom frame we got another frame and he assisted with her existing frame even.

What a turn around. The employees greeted me when I entered, were available to assist me in the store, AND, most importantly, Michael's has installed self checkout. No more waiting for hours to check out!!! A+

I haven't been to a Michael's in years, I have never been impressed by the company and especially the customer service. I was pleasantly surprised tonight. The cashier was friendly, personable and very helpful! I didn't get their name, but it was 20:47 on12/07/22

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went through the whole store looking for wood letters and couldn't find them. I spotted an employee, he stopped what he was doing, and took me to the location of the wood letters!

No wait to check out. Good sales!

Though I do not love the parking situation at the hub this Michaels is very convenient. I do like it in here. They have a lot of good craft supplies. I love coming here for their plain basic tshirts in every color and every size. They are perfect for a school game or a party theme. The line at times can get long. I always find that there is some sort of coupon that they have at the checkout to use!

I always love shopping at Michaels especially when you have your little bead sales cuz I buy a lot of Beats from you guys the people are friendly there I save a lot of money for one and you always keep me up-to-date and posted

My go-to store for all my crafting needs. I can always find what I need, the staff are friendly and helpful! I’ve experienced in store shopping, returns, exchanges, and even pick-up orders. I’ve always had a great experience here!

Maggie, the manager of this store, is exceptional! I brought our 10 Grandchildren in to Pumpkin Fest & her attention to our group was extraordinary! Her patience & leadership helped make this a fun experience! She effectively balanced store operations as well as a prospective new employee interview. Michael's has found a remarkable employee in Maggie!

The store had just finished stocking it's Christmas items so it was pleasant browsing around all the greenery and decorations.

Love Michael's. They always have everything you need for any craft you are making. Decent sales and always great at accepting a coupon. The selections are top notch. It would be nice if and when lines get 4-5 people deep at the register that another cashier could come up and assist.
