I really received some very important instruction from Mital @ the Lockport Verizon. As a senior with limited knowledge of my new IPhone, she understood my struggles and helped me as best as she could. She also listened when I explained that I was hearing impaired & adjusted her voice so that I could hear. That in itself was heartfelt, for I usually have those that don’t listen & ignore the fact that I cannot hear well! She is very good at what she does ~ 5 stars & smiles to her!!!

Many thanks to Mital Gandhi, Verizon store Manager in Lockport. She knew the ins and outs of all Verizon promotions, and was clearly very knowledgeable about their product lines. She assisted us in the upgrade of both my wife's phone and her tablet. The process was smooth and was completed in short order. She also worked with Verizon customer service to clear up an issue with a tablet that I no longer own. She was friendly and warm and easy to work with, and we left knowing we got the best deal available.

The new manager there is the best I have ever seen. Very knowledgeable and so willing to help everyone. She is amazing and so is her staff.

Mital took care of my upgrade without any sales pitch or issues. I even came in with a case issue and instead of selling me another one she just fixed it. Customer for life at this location.

Had some issues with my phone so I decided to stop by the Lockport location. The sales person whose name is Sagar Mehta was very helpful. My phone was stolen and I needed a replacement. Sagar made the whole process very comforting and explained all my options. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and did not stop helping until he answered all my questions. In the end, I was able to walk away with my new phone and he even helped me set it up. Amazing store thanks guys!

Best customer service I have ever experienced in a cell phone store. Sagar was very helpful and patient, got my information transferred properly to the new phone, and spent extra time explaining both the phone and the pricing. Highly recommend this store!

My mom and I went to upgrade our phones last week and had the pleasure of working with both Sagar and Brandon. Not only were they extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but they were so patient! My mom had some easy questions and Brandon took the time to answer each one ( even if it was not relevant and more of a Google question). I highly recommend this location for all of your Verizon needs as they are amazing and extremely customer orientated. Thanks again for the fabulous help!!

This is the best Verizon hands down! Mital was so very helpful, patient and kind! Her and Sagar had me laughing the whole time! Love their energy! Had come in last month because my screen protector had been cracked and needed a new charger for my iphone during my break. Sagar helped me and made sure i got the best products to fit my budget.

Sagar and Jatin (from Lemont) were both absolutely wonderful to work with. They were kind, helpful, trustworthy, and patient throughout the process of me trading in my phone. I would recommend this store to anyone (especially after having a poor experience at my local Verizon) They really went above and beyond at the Lockport store!

Sagar and Mital are the best! It was the Best experience I have ever had and I’ve been with sprint, tmobile and att. Not only did they help me get the best deal possible transferring data was a breeze and the best people work there. This store is best hands down and made sure I was supported at all times!!!

Knowledgable friendly team. Was acknowledged and greeted upon entry to the store. Staff worked with my broken IPhone to transfer everything from another provider and all my apps etc. Made the process so easy and seamless. Walked out with a great new phone and some accessories. Bravo

Verizon associate has went above the call of duty helping me with the issues I was having with the new phone I was having and the transferring issues I had. The store manager is one best managers I ever associated with a new phone. I have made this my new store to shop from!!!

I changed my pin number on my phone and forgot what I changed it to and therfore locked myself out of my phone. Mital was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She reset my phone, recovered all my information, and help me set up my face recognition and fingerprint to prevent this from happening again. Thanks Mital!

Definitely the best customer service I Have ever received from a phone store. I left the store feeling confident that if I couldn't figure something out that I could come back and they would be glad to help me which I did. And they were still very polite.
