Finally this store has a great manager! Jayce made upgrading multiple phones today a breeze. Went above and beyond getting me great deals and even saved me a ton of money on my monthly bill! She was still working on my account well after I left the store. Only location I’ll go to from now on. More than highly recommended

Had a very pleasant shopping experience today. The manager, Jayce, was so helpful, enjoyable, and kind. She helped us through issues we were having and went above and beyond to get us into the product we were looking for.

Would definitely recommend this location. Very helpful, all the employees were just so pleasant and very knowledgeable.

Went in to get apps that I didn't need taken off my phone. The lady who helped me was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly.

I live closer to 2 other Tmobile stores. I've been going here instead for many years. The members that work here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

I'm starting to move my business from AT&T to T-Mobile.
Without criticizing AT&T too much, I'll just say that dealing with the personnel at T-Mobile was a nice change.
They were very competent, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly.
They had better deals than AT&T and seemed eager to win new business. Buying a phone is a tedious adventure;
But I left with a smile on my face even after forking over my life savings.

My mom and I went in on December 27th to upgrade her phone and set up my Apple Watch when a not so pleasant customer walked in. She was so rude and was arguing about having to wear a mask inside the busy store. From the moment she walked in, she had the worst attitude with the workers and was calling the manager names. Phil (the store manager) was helping us out and saw the way his employee was being treated by this woman too. After a while, he eventually asked the woman to leave the store since she was not allowing anyone to explain anything to her. Love when managers actually have their employees back, it was nice to see!
Overall, I’ve never had a bad experience here before. Employees are always nice and I’ll continue coming here if Phil’s the manager!

This place is under new management. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I come in to the store and am always greeted with smiling faces. I feel welcome and its a friendly atmosphere. I'm not technically savvy but they never talk down to me and always help me with my problems. I'm grateful to have such a fantastic place so close to home for all my Sprint needs.

I have been coming to this store for the last five years and the service has always been great. Today, Tony helped me activate and transfer over a phone. What was to be an easy process turned out to be quite lengthy due to my extremely old phone, but Tony kept working hard and making sure that everything transferred over. Great store and great people! Definitely recommend.

Been to the store multiple times. Christine is great always friendly and willing to help. Helped my wife and I many times over the years we have been with sprint. I needed a new gadget guard screen protector and Christine helped me order it and told me to bring it back when i received it so she could install it. I brought it in a few days later and Nic put it on in only a few minutes at no charge. Thanks again.

Great experience with staff at this location. Had an unexpected iPhone XS that wouldn’t boot and I was locked out of my Apple ID. After spending hours with Apple and Best Buy tech support, I was completely frustrated with both.
I called this Sprint store as a last result and spoke to Tom (?) about options. He told me to come in and he could help me.
10 minutes later, I was out the door with a new SIM card and phone replacement and an unlocked Apple ID.

Outstanding customer service went to two other locations and they were clueless of helping me. Spoke to CHRIS in sprint he was able to help me with upgrading my plan and went out of his way doing it even finding ways I can get a discount. Also other staff working there were great and working with each other to help as a team too. Definitely plan to do future business with them. ( A coworker of mine suggested this place to me because he heard me complaining how poorly the other stores were and I wasn't disappointed). Thanks Again guys

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sara who is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and helped me through all of my questions in the process of getting my new phone set up and working correctly. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to her with any questions or problems I had in the future. First class customer service.

My husband and I were with Sprint for years....I’m talking US cellular and primeco days. This location has the BEST customer service!!! We adore the crew there.
In mid January we were talked into switching providers....worst mistake EVER. Yesterday we had enough of this new fantastic wireless carrier (that everyone loves 🤮) Needless to say we went from that carrier back to our family at Sprint and within minutes felt instantly better. If you are ever looking for a new provider or just need to switch this is the store to go to. They are fantastic and every customer service worker could benefit from working with this crew...ask for Christina,Sara,Lindsey or Mike they will not disappoint. I never post publicly but after being so annoyed and frustrated with this new carrier and what they did for us at Sprint I just felt like people should know about them.

Charlie helped me switch over from ATT. He made the process quick and easy. Everyone at this location is super friendly and helpful, great customer service. I highly recommend this location whether you're an existing customer or thinking about switching over.
