Michaels

I'm really not the arts and crafts kind of guy so I never really thought about going to Michael's but I needed some foam board 40 inches by 54 in and went into the store to see if they could help. Once I got in the store and started looking around, there were a lot of interesting items that may not be available locally elsewhere. There was no foam board big enough but the custom art shop was right there. So I went up and spoke with Muzzy and explained what I was looking for. She smiled and told me "I've got it here in the back. If you want I'll cut it to size!" I should mention that the price was very reasonable compared to the smaller sizes of foam board that were in stock on the shelves. Thanks, Michaels and Muzzy!

The cashier greeted me when I walked in, the rugs and floor were clean looking and I was asked if I needed assistance by a couple different employees so I didn't have a hard time finding what I needed, they were attentive.

Great customer service, nice selection of products. They have a good variety of professional and non-professional art supplies for reasonable prices.

I loooooveeeee shopping here and their occasional 5.00 grab bags always have nice surprises in them. All my hobbies in one place!

Michaels is where you find creative solutions to those boring material items. Picture framing to crafting classes you'll find the materials you'll need. The holiday items are on the floor early and then majorly discounted after the holiday passes.

Amazing!!! New guy there (didn’t catch name but wearing purple shoes) walked me to my truck when I asked for an escort. I was nervous walking alone and he happily helped me out. He was amazing!

I go here to get plain shirts to customize often. Great selection. I get other arts and crafts supplies as needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location (for me).

Always great options, good findings as well as clearance. The staff have always treated me well and I am happy to spend time browsing for ideas and deals. It is in a nice and safe mall with other key stores to walk around if you wish.

The assistant store manager is a Friggin Boss! Not only was she super helpful with my custom frame (it looks Amazing by the way) she helped out my daughter with several of her craft projects giving her hints and tips on how to make it work and on a budget. Michael's didn't have some of the products I my daughter needed but she told us exactly how to DIY a silicone mold from items at the hardware store and how to make the foam look like rocks.
To top it off she was in a register blowing through the line like it was nothing.
She's always helpful and super friendly with everyone that comes in!
We will come back just for her!
