This UPS store (#3564) is the best ever! I love the excellent service from the team and how much they value their customers! I’ve been using this UPS store for several years for all of my mail service needs and for other services, such as making copies and laminations. They have often processed my requests from email since I don’t always have time to come in the store. This team treats customers with kindness and are very proficient. . They have provided years of excellent service for us and I’m so glad they are here at this location! Thank you to the entire team for everything you do for us! We appreciate you! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Whoa, these guys are amazing! I got in a major bind with a print job and Rob bailed me out turning the 500+ pieces around in a few hours. Thanks for making me look good UPS Store 3564!

The fine folks at this particular UPS store are AMAZING! They were the BEST price in the area for a big photocopying project, went above and beyond when I needed a label printed out, and are always so welcoming and quick whenever I have a package to ship!

I visit dozens of UPS Stores in any given month in my line of work, and the UPS Store at Pelham is by far the highlight of my visits. This is because it is where I can find Robert, the print & media specialist who has helped me out tremendously in the past. Always professional, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of. He is an immeasurable asset to UPS and to customers who rely on him. I was in there today having him help me with formatting and printing of a word document and just had to come here to share my ongoing experience with his exceptional customer service.

Rob is my hero! Every time I’m in a panic to have something printed at the last second he has my documents sorted and ready before I get there. He’s always friendly and made sure I knew that some packages I was returning to Amazon should be paid by the Amazon seller, not by me. That saved me $55 on shipping! Thank you Rob!

I also want to say David was so helpful today. I came in right before 5pm with a ridiculous amount of things to ship and I backed up the line behind me. He worked his fastest to keep the line moving and kept a smile on his face the entire time. Great customer service attitude David! :-)

Rob did an amazing job making custom calendars that my husband and I are giving to family for Christmas. Communication was excellent, he listened to my feedback and he made sure they were completed in a timely manner. I recommend Rob for your design and printing needs. We will definitely be back as long as Rob is there to handle our order.

This UPS team is wonderful to work with. They are professional, fast, and always meet deadlines. And they manage to get the most impossible projects done. When Kinkos (now FedEx) says my project is impossible, I go to Rob at the UPS store on Pelham and he says, “well, I’ll give it a try.” And he always comes through! Highly recommend these folks!!!!

Wow! Rob and Hope we’re so helpful getting a package sent out for me! I was very stressed on getting it out on time. They ensured me they would take care of everything. So helpful and patient with me as well. Honestly I’ll drive 30 minutes just to come see them again because of how nice and helpful they were! UPS please don’t lose these two!

The most interesting thing is free dog treats. I have never seen that and I liked it. Even though I’m not a dog lover I like to see people go above and beyond the call of duty!

I've been working with this group for the last 2 years and they have always been super friendly and helpful. I recently had them quote me on a pop up banner for my business (under a tight deadline) and to my pleasant surprise, their price beat their competitors by a considerable margin, and the quality of the product was outstanding! The staff is always friendly, and the customer service is fantastic! They have earned my businesses and I hope this review will convince you to give them try!

Always received good services, friendly staff and reliable services hours

I ended up with a last minute interview and needed copies of my resume. The night before I submitted it online but needed it pretty early. So 30 minutes ahead of my interview I went into this store. I explained what was going on to an employee who told me that if I emailed it to the store directly that he could get it printed right away. Within 10 minutes I was walking out of the store with color copies of my resume in hand on special resume paper. My previously sent in file was even deleted for me and everything so I didn't keep getting emails about needing to pick it up. Great work!

Everyone is really helpful at this store. They have new hours on Sunday from 1 to 6 so if you need to get some UPS stuff done on the weekends, they are there!

Always a quick and easy place to either return things off Amazon, ship something sold off eBay or send a package to family member.

The guys at this location were very polite and fast. They very quickly took the items I needed mailed back to AT&T and gave me a receipt. I was in and out in just a few minutes.

I've been in a couple of times to get Brochures printed. Super helpful and affordable. Great customer service, couldn't be happier! Will continue to be using them.
