Great place to get my games. Bought my Xbox one used and other games too. Will always go there, staff is friendly and knowledgeable along with helpfulness.

Sold my old xbox. Customer service was great. Got a decent price for something I never use. Tried to upsell me on pro-membership - but not overly so. No other upsells (Thankfully). Overall great experience.

Ken and Stan are the only 2 who i know here and have dealt with a lot! They both greet me with a welcoming smile and are ready to assist me with anything i need and go at great lengths to send me on my way with a satisfied smile! My hats off to both of you guy's!!!

I got really good deals and the employees where super wonderful ai forgot a dlc card and the worker noticed my face a few days later and gave it to me I only walked half way in the store to get noticed
