Better than your average truck stop

I come through on the night shift! The store is always clean! Coffee is always fresh! Shower are always clean and tidy! The night manager Joy is always kind and courteous! Always smile and welcomes you whenever you walk in! I’ll continue to give my business to this Pilot! Great job!!!

We walked in and we’re greeted by everyone. Everyone was so nice and this store was soooo clean. We ate at Wendy’s and were greeted there also by everyone. Food was good and fast!!

Excellent! Clean throughout. Friendly staff. Minimal parking at front, but more doesn't seem necessary. Showers available. Wendy's and Dunkin Donuts.
TA next door if something different needed. Other restaurants nearby.

I came in with a major problem with an electronic, the manager Joy was extremely helpful her and Toyia went over beyond and above grade to help me and resolve my issue. Announcing to the Corporate office these two employees are SUPER AWESOME AND DESERVES BONUSES, RAISES

Great place to stop and get rest when my driving time is up. It also has different places to eat in the area. Only thing that could make it better is if this location would acquire a washer & dryer for drivers

Best coffee ever. I used to not be a fan, but I now love the smoothness. I don't like their pastries though. They are a little bland, but perhaps so the sweetness won't interfere with the coffee.

There's a great cashier by the name of Tatyanna very respectful and helped me out a lot GREAT JOB AS A MANAGER I CAN SAY ITS HARD TO FIND GREAT HELP WILL BE COMING BACK 👍 😀
