Very well stocked and many selections. Easy access with handicapped parking right outside. They speak English and Spanish and have ads in both languages. Staff very helpful but don't hover over you. Work and dress shoes for men, women and kiddos.

Love this shoe store. Managers are the most helpful and friendliest. Whitney was so nice and helpful and the way I saw her handle a very rude customer that day was so professional. Her attitude reminded me of a well mannered chick-fil-a employee.

Although they were very busy, they were very very helpful indeed. I needed a couple of extra tries to find the pair of boots that I needed that fit me oh, but they helped until I found what fit. Moderately priced, I'd say, but not as cheap as, say, Walmart. Still, a very good experience.

We went looking for a specific type of shoe to fit our daughter's thick, wide foot. Mac(k) was awesome! He ran pretty much the entire ladies section pulling shoes for us to try. Ringing up was quick and easy, even though it's tax free weekend and they were packed.

I came in late night, like 10 mins till closing. They were very patient and helpful. The young man there even made sure I got the opportunity for additional savings. The customer service i received was outstanding. I was not rushed at all.

I love their boots. Lots of colors and styles to choose from. They have the Bogo sale going on now and I just bought 4 pairs. Great customer service too.

They were very helpful,nice caring also fast. I called ahead of time for steel toed shoes for work. The gentleman who answered the phone took the time to go look and describe the shoe he had available right down to color size and shoe laces. Very impressed with the extra mike he went to help me. Usually customers just call and don't follow through. This made me go the extra 15 mintues away from a closer store. So i appreciated the excellent customer service i received at this location cherrydale shopping mall. Great work thanks again.

Clean, quiet, and the staff doesn't chase you around trying to make a sell like most stores that carry name brand shoes. Selection is great. I'm always able to find something I like. Usually always have some great sells going on, and I prize wheel for every customer to spin before checkout with some pretty good instant discounts!

Had to return a pair of boots today on September 2 2021 had a default in the boots just wanted to say the young man that did my return was super nice and help me get a different pair of boots so I give him a 10 on customer service I will be returning my business cause I've been threw something similar at other shoes stores and it was a hassle .So Im happy customer

They always have a good deal on different kinds of shoes and boots. When I can get in there they always have something on sale that's for everyone from Mom to kids and everything in between

Called ahead of time to see if this location had tge shoes that I needed in stock and the lady who helped me sought out the item to make sure they were there. Once making it to the store somebody helped me out right away and there was even a sale going on that saved me some money! Great location and awesome staff!

We had looked several places such as the mall, on line, and and sporting goods stores never finding a suitable pair of basketball shoes for our daughter that didn't cost an arm and a leg. After that exhaustive search, we finally found them here, and at a great price!

Like going here because they sell a lot of great shoes. Also all the staff was super nice and helpful. But overall i like the store.
