Went to pick up our new IPhone 15 and Trey the customer service rep did a fantastic job transferring all our data from old phones to new phones. Set up everything and made sure everything was working properly. He also gave us a guide on how to use our new phones and also even synced my Wife’s Iwatch to her new phone. Trey was very friendly and knowledgeably about the iPhone and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend Trey for any help or information you may need with your IPhone

Lexi Jones was fantastic helping me to select my new iPhone 15 Pro! She made it so easy for me to switch from my 8 . She was so patience and informative! Also Nate Houglum helped me to critique more features to help me enjoy my phone and camera features also!! This store is an outstanding AT&T facility. Would give it 10 stars if an available!!

Lexi is AMAZING!! Her customer service is next level, and she has the patience of a saint. She helped us upgrade, get a better rate on internet, and outfit us with accessories. She deserves a raise and will make an outstanding manager.

Excellent store and amazing staff. Shout out to the 3 stooges as they jokingly called themselves (kayle, Dj, and Ben) I got all my questions answered and left feeling satisfied. 10/10 will be making a return.

I had a very tricky problem getting my old iPhone wiped clean so it could be traded in. Kyle and Nate stuck with me through two days (TWO TRIPS) worth of troubleshooting. Truly above and beyond in the customer service department.

I had some trouble upgrading my phones online so decided to come into the store. Ben was absolutely AMAZING! He took the time needed to explain everything to us, to set up our devices and even got us transferred to ATT home internet and TV. I typically avoid going in stores for many reasons but I don't regret this visit. I will be back to see Ben for any upgrades, questions etc. He deserves a raise!

Trayis Densmore was great to work with at the Cherrydale location. It took several days to resolve my issue and Trayis was patient, courteous, professional and had exceptional customer service. Nate the Store Manager from this location was great ! His customer service was awesome and he was very nice in assisting me with my phone service troubleshooting. Very patient and kind. Definitely will remain a loyal customer to this location because of him.

AT&T Cherrydale Store-Entered store full of frustration due to the hours I had already spent trying to straighten out the scam I fell for at a AT&T kiosk in Sam’s. Nate met me at the door and realizing my state of mind began to offer assistance without promises. I had already had to many of those. He listened to my problem and complaint and offered no excuses. He went to work to solve my problems. He focused his attention on me even though it was time for him to get off work. … He solved my problem more than satisfactory. I give him a ***** 5 Star rating. I couldn’t ask for better service and he told me to come back to him if I have any phone needs or problems. You need more employees like Nate.

After being treated in such a not so nice way at the att store in Easley and the representative tells me my phone I brought in was basically junk and I had just bought it. He could not or would not transfer from one att phone to the new one and I left with both phones in hand. I went to the store at cherrydale and explained what happened and Mario took the time and effort to do what Peyton could not or would not do. All this aggrevation over me not being able to remember my password for Google and the Last 2 digits of a phone number was not correct. Peyton claimed he could not help me and I am guessing that the other employee with him was a manager and he didn't ask for help. I will never go back to the Easley store ever. But I did receive a I'm sorry in a smart way.

I have been with AT&T since 1999 when it was Cellular One. I have had nothing but painfully frustrating experiences at standalone AT&T stores since the early 2010’s, and typically chose to work with att reps at best buy or anywhere else.

I called the Cherrydale store to inquire about internet and was very impressed with the knowledge, patience and willingness to help by Nate and his staff. After visiting the store to have Nate help with our services, there were some unknowns about our home and Nate personally took the time to stop by, inspect our fiber connection, schedule the appropriate service calls and follow up to ensure all the work was performed properly.

I’m happy to say that my faith in the AT&T stores is being restored because of the dedication of Nate and his staff. Thank you.
