Rite Aid

I have ALWAYS had the BEST service from Rite Aid!! Their pharmacists are always thorough and knowledgeable. They truly care about their patients. Also, the Ice Cream is INCREDIBLE!

**On a side note, it is ironic how some reviewers here are quick to demonize the attentive staff, simply because they only speak English (here in America, imagine that!)**

I understand why the ratings are so low here. There is one pleasant employee. The rest are just not very nice. They don't seem to like their jobs. Update 2023: seems they got better management. Much friendlier.

I legitimately love this pharmacy. Specifically, the pharmacists. My partner and I are what you might call "complex," medically speaking, and the pharmacists here have always gone way, way above and beyond for us, no questions asked. They're patient, helpful, thorough, kind, and friendly. I know everyone in the industry is wildly overworked by now, but I wish every healthcare provider were as diligent and thoughtful as this crew. When we moved out of my last apartment, losing out on our access to these lovely folks was part of our consideration. We wound up staying close by, in the end, and I'm really glad we did, because they've saved our butts more than once.

My husband and I both received our Covid Vaccinations here back in March and the Pharmacist was so sweet! We really appreciated her, she went above and beyond and we will be forever thankful!

Great Rite Aid. Yummy ice cream. Get the cherry chip. Our server was so sweet. Excellent service.

I prefer this one than the one down harbor across target because you guys are truly respectful and won’t deny when emergencies because I went to try to ask at the one across target if I can use the restroom because I was on my monthly and he denied me and I asked again and said please and responded me with “nope” and told him that the one down harbor by chucky cheese let’s me and he responded it “then go over there” and I go into that rite aid and they have seen me walk in before because I visit a love one by the cemetery and they close their BAthroom early so I go into that one but that’s the service they give so yea I highly recommend this rite aid on harbor and wilsion thank you for being respectful and nice

The pharmacy here is always awesome. I get several prescriptions refilled each month and they always go out of their way to help me if I've made a mistake. Everything's ready on time.... I have no complaints.

Shayna saved me from going full Grump Gramps while needing some serious life med adjustments and having to get Moderna Boosted Early.

It's been my go to pharmacy for as long as I can remember. I've gotten my meds here, my flu shots, etc. There have been a couple of mishaps here and there but they've been very good about fixing the problem. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and clean.
