This store is our go-to for a reason, and today's experience exemplified their exceptional service. There was a challenging situation with a guest who seemed to be struggling mentally, and one cashier handled it with grace and professionalism, ensuring everyone's safety and respect. Despite the difficult circumstances, he maintained his composure and assisted others seamlessly. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but this happened on 9/10 around 11:30 am. Kudos to the entire staff for going above and beyond, including retrieving my ad items from the warehouse promptly. Truly outstanding service!

Our go-to store and for good reason. Today specifically there was a woman in the front of the store who was struggling outwardly with what looked like mental health challenges. My cashier interacted with her in a graceful way, making the store guests feel safe while also respecting the woman as we waited for help to arrive. He also walked me outside and was generally professional and so courteous towards everyone. It wasn’t an easy situation for anyone to navigate and he kept his own cool while taking care of others. Just wanted to shout him out, wish I caught his name. It was today, 9/10 around 11:30am.

Local neighborhood store that's been for there for at least my 50 plus years in Costa Mesa. They seem to hire only the nicest people in the store which works well since it is a favorite family neighborhood store.

My ad items were not on the shelf but the staff went to the warehouse and got them for me. Great service.

Cashier went out of her way to ask someone to check the back for more of a product I wanted to purchase. Employees there are super friendly. Someone stocking yogurt made small talk with me as did the checker. So great in a time when we can't even see each other's expressions. A little human touch goes a long way.

Open early for early birds and open late for night owls! Always a great selection, always stocked! They pass out masks at the door. Never crowded, huge parking lot! Very convenient location! They carry Vegan products as well!

My favorite Stater Bros. It's smaller than the others, which makes it easier to navigate. This location doesn't have everything a larger store does, but there's enough for my regular weekly shopping. I like how fast I can get my shopping done here.

Cheap prices, friendly staff, plenty of parking, just rode my bicycle to the store and when i arrived i realized my bike lock wasnt with me.. There is no way i could leave ot outside unlocked in costs mesa.. Stephanie, a very helpful stater bros employee, tolf me she would guard it while i ran in and out for 1 item. That was a first for me, an employee goes out of her way to assist me, thank you Stephanie!!!! (I was so surprised and comforted. I had to write this before i left.)

I remember it being there when I was 10 50 years ago. They seem to still be going strong. Great meat!

Great selection of grocery and easy to navigate. I prefer this to a bigger supermarket. Got 4 giant mangos for $5, Score!

We usually go to the Stater Brothers that's on Baker and Fairview, but this visit was less crowded than any other time we've been to the Newport Blvd location. We enjoyed the cleanliness, ease of parking ,and the helpfulness of the staff!

Your standard, slightly smaller, neighborhood supermarket. Staffed by hard working folks, they do their best to take care of you and do thier best. They may be missing some products the bigger stores have, but they still have a lot to choose from. Still has a full butcher shop in the back too.

Best, most economically priced meat around. They'll cut what ever weight you need, and they'll tie roasts! Plus, they have really good chorizo! What sets them apart is there's usually a certified butcher there!
